Great communication and great advice! When choosing a scooter

The online messaging service didn’t work I confirmed acceptance of delivery date twice but still got a phone call saying I hadn’t done it. Also told on phone I would get a 2 hour slot on Friday, didn’t receive it till Sunday night. Delivery was duly made Monday with excellent service from Jonathon who showed me all the controls and adjusted the seat and tiller to fit me. He also set the mirrors to suit me. Thank you

From the moment I called there help line to having it delivered they were very helpful and professional.
The delivery driver called to let me now when he would get to me, he was very polite and explained everything to me he then gave me a demonstration and made sure I was happy before he left.

Could not find what I wanted on there web site, so phoned them direct, immediately found the scooter I wanted at a good price.they offered me a reasonable price in part exchange for my old scooter, previously bought from them. Kept me well informed of the progress on my new purchase up until the delivery date.delivered on time by the most friendliest driver, honestly could not fault them, a company that is run as it should be and believe me, I am very picky in my old age

I purchased a mobility scooter by a Big National mobility Company, A/W. but no part exchange
The saleman to show how light it was lifted up off the ground from horizontal position to a vertical angle.
Charging it over night found it would not charge properly. Taking it back the next day found I could not reconnect the unit later finding the pins had been bent. They tried to blame me for the damage.
So this one day old scooter had to go back for repair for fourteen days, beiong told they did not loan replacement scooters.
On return they had replaced the motorised unit but not sorted out the charging problem.
Under the terms of the sale I got my money back.
Now lets go forward to ........MOBILITY GIANT......
here every time I spoke to staff I felt I had known them for years nothing too much trouble.
I purchase an Alumina Motion scooter three years old and less than half its origional price, This was a top of the line model and fully sprung.
They gave me a part exchange on my scooter although two years old as I needed a lighter model.
I have now come away with a top range second hand scooter with a full 12 month guarantee.at less than half the price I was paying for a brand new scooter not of the same quality.
I recently had a fault on the connection between the Motor unit and chassis were the plastic socket held by bolts broke away from the metal bracket. I think the extreme heat in the sun caused this to happen.
MOBILITY GIANT responded as soon as possible by taking it away and leaving a loan scooter in place.
Parts were ordered and two weeks later I have my scooter back under guarantee.
NO OTHER COMPANY WILL DO THAT EVEN WITH NEW SCOOTERS
