£20 Return Charge & Tracking: The £20 fee is a direct flat rate charged by the courier for a booked home collection; we do not profit from this. To help our customers save money, we actively provide links to alternative couriers so you can choose a significantly cheaper return option. For all online orders, tracking information is generated and sent completely automatically using the contact details provided at checkout.

Phone Support & Answer Centre: We have a dedicated team—including two work-from-home staff members—who always prioritise answering incoming calls above all else. During peak times when all lines are busy, an external PA service answers to ensure you are not left on hold indefinitely. Their job is to take your name, number, and query so a staff member can call you back directly as soon as a line frees up.

Email & Response Times: Showroom customers are handled by in-store staff and do not impact our online support. Because our office is closed over the weekend, Mondays and Tuesdays are dedicated to clearing the weekend backlog. Emails are strictly processed in chronological order (oldest first) to remain fair to every customer.

Multiple Account Profiles & Tracking: Automated tracking updates are generated strictly from the specific order placed, using the details entered at checkout. However, when a single phone number or email is linked to multiple accounts in our system, it can occasionally cause tracking notifications to cross-reference or misroute to a secondary profile. Our team shared this as a technical explanation to clarify why you received mismatched updates, not as an excuse.
