Did what I needed it to do
It arrived quite quickly. I used it to open a medicine bottle that I couldn't previously open.
Using the the cap, I opened it with no problem. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy reufund.
Bought a Go Go suspension seat post for my mothers mobilty 'scooter' unfortunately it did not do what we expected. Returned item and was refunded no problem. Many thanks to them for their helpful service. I would happily recommend them.

my scooter went wrong after 3 months i waited 13 days before it was collected. Thats not good . then i waited another 5 weeks for it to repaired and returned to me.thats not good considering the problem was a loose battery . Eventually it was returned to me NOT BOXED just wrapped in one sheet of bubble wrap and moving parts not secured , which is shocking for a high value product . i contacted the company many times and their customer service assistants were very rude and some were aggressive. i wont buy from this company ever again

Regarding the return transit, shipping larger items like mobility scooters requires them to be securely strapped to a pallet for stability, with protective bubble wrap applied to safeguard the bodywork during transport. However, we take your feedback regarding communication and overall turnaround time very seriously.
