Whilst the staff practice good customer…
Whilst the staff practice good customer service, getting a refund when necessary was just
awful service. We'd explained that our drop in finances meant we couldnt afford the storage costs we'd planned for and asked for the reservation fee to be refunded, but it was clear we were never going to get it as they kept putting it off. 2 months later, in Feb 25, still no refund, we had to go to our bank who paid it back to us and then the bank took steps to claim it back from Access Erdington.

Amazing service
We spoke with Michelle over the phone she was a great help and got us sorted. We then went into the Erdington branch and Mike made it even smoother and great customer service.
