Blueberry self storage was good from…
Blueberry self storage was good from the word go we had trouble logging on their website to book a place but when we rang up the Man at the other end help us immensely took his time. I’m very patient process was relatively easy to get in to the store centre through their code. I sent us was straightforward very happy with the service very happy with the site.

Great experience, very helpful staff
Great experience, booked our first ever storage unit before we move house and Harry made it as easy as possible for us. Helped with a guided tour or the unit we were interested in them the size up incase it wasn't enough. Will definitely recommend BlueBear in future to anyone looking for storage

Easy to use

Cheltenham specific - it’s a shame the doors on the first floor units don’t open the other way round so have to walk past, open and come back in but that’s picky.
Jackie was friendly on the phone to help me sort the booking.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Just what I was hoping for. My lock up is on the top floor but it was very easy to get to and I loved that you can drive all the way to the bottom of the stairs. Very easy to access the site. And customer services were just amazing. Very kind and helpful.

The booking process failed to share that access to the Unit is up some serious stairs.
It would have been very impactful but the central number Team addressed it very quickly on a Saturday afternoon and everything turned out fine
