Staff were very helpful in helping me choose the right size unit as it will be longterm . Price is fantastic as well as location. I chose my own insurance as 100% cheaper.

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful both prior to, and on moving day, and the loading bays and goods lifts sure made moving all the equipment in easier.

Misleading service description
I called the company before making the journey to Bracknel. Over the phone, they confimred the information on the website including recieving parcels and using the address for customer's company. In the branch, however, the manager said he's not doing that only for £25!
In this company, they do not respect themeselves or their customers. Avoid!

Flexible, Friendly and Productive
Access Self Storage is one of the most flexible services I have dealt with. Can I start tomorrow? Yes. Can I extend with a short notice? Yes. Can I access 24x7? Yes.
I am very happy with the service. The managers and staff in Bracknell office are very friendly and helpful. A pleasant and productive experience. Strongly recommended.
