I have been using access self storage…
I have been using access self storage for years now and the staff are always helpful, especially the Manager she is professional and very respectful. One thing I would like to come back is the 24hour service as sometimes its easier going out of working hours. Apart from that great storage.

We have a great experience in the whole process except one issue, the unit we opted will be in ground floor as same was confirmed during the booking but on shifting we found same is in 1st floor. Rest the support from Customer Service & supporting staff are outstanding.

Really helpful staff made the whole process so easy
Really helpful staff made it easy to book storage from start to finish. It was suggested that I could get the space cheaper with another company. But the storage was really close and convenient. And the staff were brilliant and couldn't find fault. It's refreshing to find staff who are responsive to customers needs

The worst
The unit was dirty, the facility itself was very very dated and old. The person showing me around was rude. I’ve been to and used many storage facilities. This was by far the worst
