My access storage unit
From contacting access to book the storage space to moving in was incredible . The staff team were very supportive, kind and professional. I was welcomed on the day by a lovely gentleman. I travelled two and a half hours on the day and, I was offered a drink on arrival. I had time to breath. I was shown the unit before signing the contract. I found the place very clean, airing, and secure was tight. I was told anytime I visit the unit I would use a different code to my unit. there is one thing I like most of all is that I am able to drive into the storage unit car park and don't have to worry about parking on the street. How awesome. Well done access

We got everything we needed from the storage facility, it was quick and easy. The person at reception was very professional and was very transparent about the pricing, even advising me not to switch to a different package since it would have cost more.

The storage unit still had coffee beans left behind by the previous user. Trolleys are rarely available, and some users take several at once. The local branch is also unresponsive to emails unless you send a follow-up.

Thank you for your feedback. The unit you were shown had just been vacated, and while all units are cleaned before being rented again, in this case there was an unexpectedly tight turnaround and we’re sorry it wasn’t fully ready. Trolleys are normally available, though at busy times they can be in use, and our reception team are always happy to help source one if needed. We also take on board your comments about emails — the team has been made aware and are very apologetic. Feedback like yours helps us improve the service we provide.

Streatham Branch staff easily accessible by car and staff helpful
Emil at the Streatham Branch was very helpful. Showed me around, where you park, how you get into the facility and the different unit sizes. I then called a few days later confirmed move in date, did all paperwork with him when I arrived with the movers, unloaded super fast (thanks to the trolleys) and off I went. So far so good

Very helpful staff in a well kept facility and good pricing to boot
All staff were very helpful with the information needed to use the facility. They showed us around at the Streatham branch and even kept the unit open for me as i was going to be a few minutes late. Very good staff at a very well kept unit. Pricing was very competitive also

I AM BLIND AND ALL YOUR STAFF WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP ME, INCLUDING THE JANITOR.

Very impressive facility and staff
Very impressive clean modern facility. Ridge and all the staff I interacted with so far have been all very professional, very helpful and polite. They deal promptly and efficiently with any query I raise. There are ample trolleys and parking indoors to facilitate easy access to my storage unit. There is always someone available at hand if you need any assistance and the place is kept spotless. Very happy so far with my experience and I would highly recommend this facility.
