The best thing about this company is that every time I have had a questions and speak directly to a customer service rep, it is clear they have extensive experience with payroll and have been working for the company for many years. Todays call also resulted in me saving about $1,500/year by the representative looking at my account and realizing I could benefit from a different billing program.

The best part of Payroll Relief is that we can access our payroll where ever we are.
We have actually been sailing down the Nile River in Egypt while completing payroll for our clients.
As long as there is WiFi, we can do payroll. It makes our work so much easier.

We have been using Payroll Relief for about a year and found it easy to use and so much for efficient than our previous platform. With the success of Payroll Relief in our office, we decided to make the transition from QuickBooks firm to Accounting Power. While there have been some expected challenges with the transition, AccountantsWorld has been there for all our questions regardless of how small. This kind of support is uncommon as a matter of rule and is non-existent dealing with Intuit. The support we have received from AccountantsWorld has been nothing short of fantastic and has made what could have been a very difficult time in our office less stressful. Most of the people we have worked with were very knowledgeable and willing to help. If you are looking for a replacement to QuickBooks, look at Accounting Power. It is a far superior accounting platform.
