I had my initial consultation with Vik from the Fulham branch. He was very professional and reassuring! exactly what you need when making a decision with your eyes. I had many examinations that day which added to the reassurance. The appointment was not money focused and I didn’t feel like I was being persuaded so a “sale” can be made. On the day of my procedure I was met with smiles which just calmed my nerves. Dan carried out pre-op checks and again more reassuring! The procedure was over before I knew it and the team including the surgeon maintained a conversation with me throughout. A lot of comforting words and reassurance throughout the procedure. I’ve had such a good experience with AccuVision. From my first appointment, everyone was really friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable.

I’m so happy with the results. My vision is perfect now and it’s honestly amazing being able to see properly without glasses or contact lenses!

Very professional and reassuring from day one , when you are going in for delicate surgery on your eyes , you need confidence at all times , Daniel at Accuvision was excellent in fulfilling this requirement. As soon as the quick operation was done my vision was as good as of the age of ten .The follow ups so far have been great also .

After initially coming to Accuvision for LASIK surgery it was found I had another condition that needed dealing with first. Happy to say that after 18 months and 5 surgeries later, including RLE, I could not be happier with my vision outcome. I visited the Wetherby and London branch and both were fantastic. A huge thank you to Vikash and to Professor William Ayliffe for saving my vision and getting me to somewhere I have been told so many times over- wasn't possible! I had my laser eye surgery done 16 years ago and I’ve had no problems with my eyes. Only a glare at night so I came to check it out. Dr Victor who did my first appointment 16 years ago still remembered me and welcomed me warmly. He let me know that my eyes are still perfect. There’s no further glasses needed and he is happy with my eyes process. It was nice to see them after so many years and I’m so happy they were the choice I made all this years ago and still now.

After a few weeks anxiety and doubting the process, I couldn’t be happier with the results of my LASIK treatment. The surgery was short and painless. The team were very professional. The patient care was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Accuvision in future.

I had my LASIK surgery at the Solihull clinic and was very impressed with the professionalism of the team throughout. From the initial consultation and comprehensive eye tests, I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Every stage of the process was explained clearly, which provided a great deal of reassurance.

The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, with the staff continuing to talk to me through each step. It genuinely felt like a miracle to notice an immediate improvement in my eyesight after surgery. The aftercare is equally excellent and I feel supported throughout my recovery (I’m on day 3). I’m so glad I chose AccuVision for my LASIK procedure.

The only area for improvement would be the admin process. Communication seemed to rely quite heavily on verbal confirmation, whereas I would have preferred follow-up email confirmation for added clarity and reassurance. In addition, the welcome documents did not include details of the procedure cost and I had to request written confirmation before paying the remaining balance. While these are minor issues, addressing them would further enhance an otherwise outstanding experience.

I’m now just 24 hours post-procedure and can already see a huge difference in my vision. The results have exceeded my expectations so far.

I had my eyes done on the 28th June from the time I went in March to when I got my eyes done it was. Nothing but an amazing experience such an amazing company from the reception staff Ekra to the actual surgeon everyone was so helpful I would never recommend anyone besides these lot thank you so much

I have had 3 procedures at Accuvision.
I am still in recovery from the last procedure.
Over my recent treatment I have interacted with many staff members who have all been very polite and welcoming.
Currently the main consultants that have dealt with me is Daniel and Vick, both polite welcoming and professional. Show care and attention when assessing my progress.
The surgeon unfortunately I don’t recall his name showed a lot of care when explaining things.
Ali the receptionist - always welcoming.
Overall I would recommend this clinic and have done to friends and family as they put you at ease which is very important when considering any procedure, especially one of the eyes.

Very professional experience from Vic and the staff were most helpful great results would definitely recommend using their service. It’s been a long time since I have been able to see so well and I’ve only had the surgery six days ago obviously some further healing to go. I’m very impressed so far.

Had laser eye surgery at the Fulham clinic and I must say the experience was faultless! The team really are exceptional from start to finish and were always available to answer any questions I had. My son’s actual eye surgery was fine, but the place had a weird and sometimes uncomfortable vibe about it. Some of the staff are downright creepy, especially the young man who offers you a “warm drink” on entering the premises. We assume all of this is to do with the previous allegations against the owner going back to the 2000s/2010s, but it is odd. They outright refuse to put anything in writing and insist on calling you when you have already said you’d rather email - that rang alarm bells for us. They also talk down to patients and are condescending. “Merry” the receptionist can’t get rid of you quick enough! Quite a snappy woman who refuses to engage with what you are saying and just reads our parrot fashion: training/brainwashing by the owner is my guess. My advice would be to find somewhere more transparent without these weird undercurrents. We looked up a photo of the surgeon online and on the day of the operation for my son, we were sure to check that he was who he said he was! Overall 2-3/5 due to the strange feel.

Also, it is interesting how this comes up with a tag of “unprompted review” - they ask you multiple times to do it so it’s hardly unprompted! They ask so many times that it’s weird.
