Extremely impressed
We have purchased an MG ZS Hybrid at MG Crewe through a salesman called Louis in the past week. It proved to be a seamless experience. Louis was very professional, everything was well organised and we are very impressed with the car. Would highly recommend.

Beyond Grateful To Louis
I recently purchased a pre registered MG HS from Acorn MG in Crewe. I’m so beyond grateful to Louis for all of the help and support to not only get me the best possible deal but also the support and kindness he showed through the entire process. This is our second car from MG and we will be going back in a few years for another. Louis really is a credit to the team!

Excellent service.... Cannot fault any part of it
I have always taken my car here to be serviced as the whole feel of the place is so lovely and friendly, plus you get free hot or cold drinks, so when I was looking for another car it was obvious where to start looking.
I messed Louis around for a few months as I wasn't 100% sure on what I wanted plus Christmas was looming. A few months later the ideal car came along and Louis messaged me to let me know. From this point on, I am not joking when I say he has been amazing. He has literally dealt with the sale from start to finish. There has been no passing me around from pillar to post, it has been Louis the whole time. He has kept me informed every step of the way, he has printed everything off for me, he sorted out the V5 and car tax without being asked, honestly, if you need a car go and see Louis. He is worth his weight in gold

Dean at Acorn MG was brilliant and helped me buy, and take home, the car within the day at a great price. It was an easy sell as I knew exactly what I wanted, but he made sure every detail was covered to ensure I was happy with my choice.

Exceptional service from Dean at Acorn MG
Called into Acorn MG to look at the new MG HS. I met the sales person, Dean Charlesworth who made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Not pushy, very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that I chose the right car along with the fantastic extra insurance products, paint protection and service plan. I would recommend Acorn and Dean to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I am so impressed with the MG and look forward to many happy years enjoying it.

After care needs more work and attention
I liked the swift service and communication before I viewed/bought the car.
Once purchased the communication was sporadic, they over charged me by £40 and said full refund in three days. It’s been 3 weeks. Still waiting on log book also.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Car went in for diagnostic assessment following an intermittent light coming on. The MG garage kept me updated and throughly investigated in order to find the problem. Staff professional throughout, very impressed with the service and the cost for a main dealer was much better than I’d anticipated. Decided to have the car serviced whilst there and was provided with a full report on everything they had done and any findings that needed to be addressed. Very happy with the service provided will certainly use again.

Customer service was poor
Customer service was poor. When he rang to tell me what the technician had done and I asked a question his default answer was " I'm reading what the technician has said". He had no understanding of what I was asking and didn't offer to speak to the technician to get the answers. His attitude was I'm right you are wrong.

CAR HAD PAINT JOB, ACORN REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE.
Purchased Corsa E, 6 months ago. When purchased looked fine, Over time the paintwork has faided
Obviously had paint job done, on door panel. Refusing to acknowledge it
Brake disks binding after 3 months, EV battery isn’t properly fixed to chassis.
Acorn + Warranty, not interested. Offered me a service which I’d have to pay for and drive 2 hours
