Lacking communication and cancelled my order for no reason.
I ordered a pendant on their website for Valentines day. They took my money and then nearly a week later they just abruptly refunded me without giving me any reason why. No communication whatsoever. The item was in stock.
Now they have tripled the price of the item on their website. I am severely disappointed and think this is -terrible- practice. Lacking communication is so rude.
My partner will be very upset that they wont be getting what they asked for. What a let down.

They never emailed me with an explanation or an apology that is a straight up falsification.
They prioritised saving face here in responding to my review. They still had not emailed me personally despite me having emailed them inquiring about the cancellation before posting here.
They made the mistake. False advertising at a price they won’t commit to. Misleading customers to make a purchase they won’t fulfill then making false claims on trust pilot to save face. Abhorrent, lack of respect.
Fool me for trusting them to place an order. Buy elsewhere.

I’m really sorry for the disappointment this has caused, especially as it was intended for Valentine’s Day — I completely understand why you’re upset.
Just to clarify, we did email you to explain what happened. Unfortunately, the pendant was listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error. As soon as this was identified, the listing was corrected and, as we weren’t able to honour the incorrect price, the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued back to your original payment method.
I appreciate this is still very frustrating, and I’m genuinely sorry it has impacted your plans. If you could share your order number, I can confirm the refund details and, if you’d like, help you find a suitable alternative that may still arrive in time.

Poor customer service
Honestly I am utterly disappointed, after writing a review over a week ago, and being told my item will be shipped shortly/ I will be contacted as soon as my item has been dispatched, I have been waiting since the 29th of December and my order has yet to be dispatched, and I have yet to receive any information on it from my email I sent around a week ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my 9 year old sister, now I am distraught as I was expecting that to arrive sooner, and I have not had time to get anything else for her. My order hasn’t been shipped, yet I have been seeing many reviews with many orders being completed, I am honestly disgusted and disappointed.
I would like to request a full refund for my purchase, please contact me at my email address provided on the order, or reply to this review telling me to email the preferred email.
I definitely will not be ordering from here again, and I want my money back!

I’m really sorry for how this has been handled and for the disappointment it’s caused — especially with it being a birthday present for your 9-year-old sister. I completely understand why you’re upset.
When you placed the order, we were advised by our supplier that the item would arrive with us in time to dispatch to you quickly. Unfortunately, that delivery still hasn’t landed with us, and we should have kept you properly updated rather than leaving you waiting and chasing.
To make this right, we can offer whichever option you’d prefer:
A full refund immediately back to your original payment method, or
A suitable replacement sent out as a priority (we can offer alternatives that are even slightly higher in price at no extra cost), or
If you still want to keep the original order open, we can honour 15% off your next purchase as an apology for the delay and poor communication.
If you can email us with your order number (using the email address on the order), we’ll get this sorted straight away. If you’d rather not email, reply here confirming you’d like refund or replacement, and we’ll advise the best contact email to use to process it quickly.
Again, I’m genuinely sorry — you should never have been left in this position.

Very good but a little flaw on one item
Very good service. Fast delivery and lovely items for daughter’s birthday. The little Slytherin keyring does have a few scratches on it but I’ll not worry about that as it’s in a packet so don’t think it was their fault unless it’s been returned. That’s why I have only 4 stars but I would shop here again.

I’m really sorry your order hasn’t arrived and that you’ve had difficulty getting an update from customer services — I completely understand how frustrating that is.
I can see your item was placed on the following stock rule at the time of ordering: “In Stock With Supplier / Delivery Will Commence On 8th Jan.” This means the item wasn’t held in our warehouse and is supplied to us first, with dispatch beginning from 8th January.
That said, I appreciate you still need clarity on whether it has been sent yet and which carrier would be delivering it. If you can reply with your order number (and postcode), I’ll check the latest status for you straight away and confirm:
whether it has dispatched,
the delivery carrier used, and
the tracking number (if available).
If it hasn’t yet been dispatched, I can also confirm the expected timeframe and your options (wait, cancel, or alternative item if preferred).
