I had always wanted a pair of silver teardrop earrings and over the years I couldn`t find exactly what I craved! Delay in repair
Sent a gift of earrings for repair for second time. The first repair took over two months- the second repair is still ongoing over almost two months. No feedback from Acotis whatsoever. Not a company I can recommend.

While I respect your right to leave a review, I must address that your comments are both misleading and unfair.
Your earrings were returned to the supplier just days after we received them, and we have followed up consistently to secure a resolution on your behalf. As previously explained, repairs and replacements — particularly with international brands like UNOde50 — can take up to four weeks or more, and this timeframe is completely outside of our control.
Your claim of “no feedback” is simply not true. I have personally communicated with you multiple times and provided updates as soon as they were available.
Additionally, I must make it clear that aggressive behaviour towards our staff — whether over the phone or via messages — will not be tolerated. Any future incidents will result in calls being ended or escalated directly to management.
We remain committed to resolving your issue and will dispatch your replacement as soon as it arrives.

My good work friend loves it has its her 60th birthday I decided to get her one but unfortunately they don’t do that one now . But the owner was so fantastic and found me one very similar. Worst company I’ve bought from in a very long time!
Order was supposed to be shipped within 10days, after 3 weeks (and many unanswered emails) I cancelled the order which they agreed to. They then sent the order out and I had to pay to return it. Communication was almost non existent too. I nearly had to file a dispute with my bank. Definitely felt like a scam company and would highly recommend not ordering from them!

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience you experienced. Your order, placed on 2nd May 2025, was for an item marked as "On Back Order", with an estimated dispatch time of 7 to 14 days. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected delay from our supplier, dispatch was postponed. The order was ultimately fulfilled on 19th May 2025 and delivered on 20th May 2025, within the extended timeframe.
We acknowledge that your cancellation request came during this delay, and it was regrettable that the order was dispatched shortly after. This should not have happened, and we are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure cancellation requests are processed more promptly and accurately.
We are also truly sorry to hear about the difficulty you had in reaching us. Communication is very important to us, and we’re actively working to improve our response times during busy periods to avoid future situations like this.
