Sterling silver wishbone ring
I bought a sterling silver wishbone ring and I had it just this minute ago and I'm super happy with it it's absolutely gorgeous and more and I'd most definitely recommend this seller to my friends and family very very happy and satisfied with my purchase they were really helpful to when I asked them a question and was super quick with the delivery and replying back to me when I emailed them yesterday most definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Royal Mail Tracked 24 used but still no sign of item after a week!!! Their customer service aren’t interested & still no refund of delivery charge either. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!

Bad customer service, SLOW delivery
representative told me he could price match and to buy the item, then when I bought the item told me that I already got a discount on it so he wouldn't price match further (even though the sale existed when I first got in touch with him ). By this stage I needed the item as a gift and there were none let if un Australia, so I had to go ahead. The item took one month to arrive, so service is also very slow as well.
* Acotis response below says I sought a further discount after the order, this was not true, when I messaged the representative BEFORE purchase the discount was already in existence and I asked if they would price match it even further as even with this discount the item was significantly more than a competitor. They said they would. I suggest they don't lie about correspondence as I still have the emails from the company.
