Awful company to deal with. Constant promises of delivery but weeks later still not arrived. Had to cancel order as they have held up building work for too long now!

Excellent customer service and product
The delivery on ordering didn't fit with my project so I contacted Acupanel and they arrange the delivery sooner for me. Everything was great from ordering, customer service to receiving the goods. The panels look fantastic in the office reception refurb I was working on.

Outstanding Service and a Well Made Product
The product is very well made and looks very smart on the wall. The company service is outstanding - there was a mix up with my delivery (by the delivery company) which I only picked up on a few weeks later, but despite the late call, the company took back the original order and supplied a fresh new order at no extra charge and without quibbling the delay. Properly outstanding service and a great product too.

Looks nice but
Look nice when installed but very expensive for what they are.
Very thin veneer over MDF and the slats are only attached by staples and when you cut them to size most of the nearest staples just came away so I had to glue the slats to the foam backing which fortunately worked well.
But for the cost I expected a much better quality product.
These were put into a downstairs cloakroom and the noise reduction was very noticeable and is better than
Expected.
Overall I am reasonably happy with product.

Really pleased with panels
Really pleased with panels. Easy to cut and install for a fabulous look on our dining room walls. Everyone who has seen them has been really impressed with quality. Well packed for delivery
Arrived in time. Would recommend.

The Acupanel looks good online, but in reality it just isn't.
The Acupanel looks good online, but in reality the panels are really cheap and badly made and definitely not worth the money. If you have to cut the panel the veneer layer comes off the batons (even when cutting through tape to mitigate this). Plus the panels come unstuck from the felt backing. A costly mistake.

Would recommend when using the jigsaw cut through tape using a metal blade for a better finish as opposed to the wood blades.

manufacfacturing defect
Panels received with manufacfacturing fault (2 rows of staples missed back of battens and protruding through felt). Photos sent to email address provided & chased on two occasions but no response
