Another 1 star review from me. It cost me $45.80 for the pleasure of trying on 2 dresses then sending them back. I ordered another dress before I realized that I could have used credit from the returns. When I called customer service, there was nothing they could do for me as the item was already packed to ship. No discount was offered. The third dress I paid full price for plus their 12.95 shipping which in this time, is ridiculous. Never again.

I wish I had come here to read the reviews before placing my order. I decided to place an order for the very first time. This fraudulent organization won’t honor their refund policy. I ordered clothes over $520 CAD and arranged for the clothes to be shipped to me from the US to Canada as this company won’t ship directly to Canada. Even though I am yet to receive my order as it’s still on the way, I found one of the items I ordered here in Canada at a cheaper rate. I contacted the company to ask for a price match. They refused to do a price match even though I offered to send proof of this item being sold at a much cheaper rate. Twice, the agents said they will contact me after speaking with their manager to get an approval but they never called back. Upset, I told them to send a return label so I can return all items upon receipt to get my full refund as I absolutely refused to support a business with unethical practices. They refused to send a return label for some of the items as they said the items can’t be returned, which is against their 30 day return policy. Let’s keep in mind that I am yet to receive the items. I absolutely DO NOT recommend shopping from here as they are unethical, lack professionalism and have no rega d for their customers.

To be honest it would be 0 stars. But have no other choice. Waiting for a refund of £279 for a dress returned in April. They have mailed me back once, as there was a confusion ( their side) on the returns postage lable. "Looking into it"!!!! After all my mails...no further response from Adrianna Papell... Silence. I'm now having to go to small claims to get my money back. Truly and utterly disappointed. The dress was beautiful, but not correct size. Hence return...but never refunded, even though there is proof it has been delivered back to them. Buyer beware!!!!!

Do NOT shop from this terrible company. They advertise “NOT A FIT?
NO SWEAT - WE OFFER EASY RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGES” but fail to mention “RETURN FEES:
When we process your return, a $9.95 shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund, plus $5 for each additional item returned.” I bought $266.84 worth of clothes and they were ALL cheap fabric, odd sizing, and not worth the money. Despite their advertising “how easy” returns are, they totally leave out the part that they charge $10 bucks to return PLUS $5 PER ITEM! Ridiculous!!!! Never shopping again!!! Buyer beware!
