Adventure Life Avis

I gave Jason a brief overview of what kind of travelers we are and what we were hoping to see on safari to Southern Africa and the itinerary he presented seems to nail it! We appreciated his knowledge of Africa and traveling there and he answered all of our questions. We look forward to this adventure!

SO FAR SEVERAL ERRORS IN THE WORK; I BOOKED AND PAID FOR A SINGLE ROOM (ALMOST 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE) AND TWO DAYS LATER WAS TOLD NO SINGLE ROOM. ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED TRAVEL INSURANCE THEY NEVER TOLD ME PRIOR TO PAYING THAT INSURANCE WAS REQUIRED. THEY SAID I COULD REBOOK IN JUNE FOR A SINGLE ROOM, BUT I HAVE NON CANCELLATION FLIGHTS WHICH I'D BOOKED ON THE BELIEF ALL WAS SET; IT WAS NOT; THEIR EMAIL TODAY SAID THINGS WOULD BE FIRM IN 5 TO 10 DAYS. THE TRIP WAS EXPLAINED, PAID FOR AND THEN AFTER THE FACT IS NOT BEING HONORED AS PROMISED.

Mary is a remarkable source of information and patience. Thank you.

My travel rep, Franny Friesz, has been super helpful. Communications have been smooth, and all needed information provided in a timely fashion.

I contacted Adventure Life months ago to help me find a cruise to Alaska. It was too early to book Then, but when contacted Karilyn again, she was ready to give us a couple of options that worked with our group for the dates that we needed.

She answered all of our questions and got us the cabins that we wanted. Now we've been handed off to Nur, who is doing a great job with finalizing our reservations.

It is a pleasure to work with efficient and pleasant people who make booking easy.

The company was easy to work with and planned my trip as I requested. Transportation from the airport to my hotel was without any issues. My hotel was wonderful. The 2 guides I had were exceptional. I have no complaints.

Adventure Life is my trusted travel partner for myself and my family for the last 15 years. They have the ability to plan an amazing trip within your budget range, whether that is budget/family, glam/hiking, or upscale boutique. They really get to know you and your group and work very hard to give you a wonderful experience with companies that are local to the area that you are visiting. Highly recommended!

Adventure Life helped us plan a 23 day trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The trip was fabulous! Tour guides were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to our needs. Transportation from point to point went smoothly in all cases. The sites visited were amazing. Adventure Life delivered in a huge way. Thank you Adventure Life!!!

This is our second time using Adventure Life to plan an absolutely epic trip. Mary is extremely helpful with suggestions and always replies quickly. There is great communication and options provided for all aspects of the trip. I can't recommend her enough!!

Very helpful and responsive. Just a good company.

Adventure Life is genuine and reliable, very satisfied with their service, so go ahead and book your tour with them.

We had to change our dates and Phen was extremely helpful.

Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout the process leading up to booking the trip!

Working with Kassandra made the entire process easy and understandable. She flexed with our needs and changes, she is wonderful!

They make planning a trip so easy. You tell them what you want to see and do and they will make it happen. Have used them for a cruise and a land tour. They are great!

Great Job by everyone. Thanks so much for easing our minds by laying everything out and going over all documents and issues!

You make it easy!
Planning a trip can be daunting and time consuming with all the logistics. I worked with Jeff and he listened to what I wanted and can back with great suggestions. I especially appreciate the ideas for going to less touristed places. Those can be hard to find if you’re on the other side of the world and often aren’t in guidebooks, so getting advice from people on-the ground is invaluable.
Thank you for making it come together quickly and painlessly.
Suzanne.

It was easy and quick Love working with everyone here.

As a first time user of Adventure Travel I was impressed by their customer service, responsiveness, professionalism and access to destinations and activities that I thought would be very hard to get. I had an outline for a journey through South America visiting 3 countries over an 18 day period and with some specific wishes (Iguazu Falls, Torres del Paine National Park and a cruise in the Chilian fjords). With minimal back and forth they prepared an itinerary in a few days that included all the "must-do" activities at a reasonable price tag. The accommodations they listed look great and I put down an initial deposit on March 16. Doing all the complex bookings by ourselves would have been a full-time job and I was very glad to hand it over to Adventure Travel and their in-country partners. Would recommend them for trip planning if you want a great experience..
