Very friendly staff and gentle application.
So busy, could have done with more testing people.
Thought that the process could be more stream lined . Bar code / qr code stickers preprinted and ready to attach to sample. Felt there might be a risk of sample mix ups as there was a bit of confusion in the process.
Also very expensive.

The kits were easy to order and delivered on time by courier, they were easy to use and upload results and recieved confirmed results by email in around 15mins.
Excellent service.
Will certainly recommend to friends and family.

We recently travelled to Poland for 3 nights. (4 Adults). We started our Lateral Flow Test at 5pm and although all 4 tests were negative we didn't actually receive successful certificates until 11pm. All reasons were used to say our tests were unsuccessful although they clearly were. This took up a full evening of a full night break and causing so much stress and frustration. Each one of us had to go through the process of completing the form at least 6 times only to be told the upload was unsuccessful. Eventually all were fine clearly showing a problem with Faster Checks (Aeromedical).. We will never use this company again!!
