Nobody ever available late in evening
Nobody ever available late in evening, the ads say 24-7 until you need to speak with someone, then nobody is available to answer phones & help customers , everytime I try to contact someone at advance financial 24-7 , nobody answers calls but yall will pull money out of my bank account in a split second & many times put my bank account deep in negative even after I ask yall not to pull it on that day , ive been evicted from my home because of yall pulling money & putting me in negative causing my rent checks to bounce

I went in with very low expectations due to past encounters of getting a loan and Mrs. Tishanja has turned my look on loans and how to better use them completely around in a 180.
