Patient and kind!!
I was looking at the possibility of getting a loan on 3/28/26 and had the pleasure of talking to Kareem. Not only was he friendly and polite but very knowledgeable and most of all understanding! I've got some mental issues yet he was so patient first and foremost waiting for me to figure out the right words to say and getting him the information he needed. Even though I was turned down for the loan he stayed very diligent in his duties! I highly recommend this employee and hope I get to speak with him for any future needs.

Incompetent Customer Service Shark Line of Credit Service
The amount of mistakes on payment plans is awful! Everytime I try to get something fixed, they have to reach out to upper management. They don't care if you go into negative because a payment was made manually and automatically at same time! They deduct way more than agreed upon from the beginning and customer service is incompetent!
