So when we fix something in your home, we guarantee the repair for the life of your plan with us. If, at any time during your coverage term, AFC’s repair fails, we’ll send a technician out to fix the failure at no cost to you. Depending on the plan length you choose, that’s up to three years. No other company in the industry guarantees repairs for that long.

I was put at ease and felt recognized and affirmed as a consumer. My questions were answered and it was a relief to actually speak with someone. The customer service was great, the warranty options were reasonable and my experience was pleasant.

Very poor coverage of repair costs

The actual coverage this company provides is pitiful. We have had repairs on our refrigerator and air conditioning system and the amount they oay toward the repairs is less than 10% of the actual cost of the repairs. Do not waste your money on them if you think they will pay for any significant portion of repairs.

Do not trust this company at all

Do not trust this company at all. My fridge needed to be replaced and they only offered me a $100 buyout. Told me they had to consider depreciation. Not anything in the contract about that. Very dishonest.

We chose AFC Home Warranty because it…

We chose AFC Home Warranty because it had advantages that the other companies didn't. One example being able to choose our own vendor for repairs. That advantage we liked since we already had established repour with certain repairman. Richard Clemens our representative was very helpful. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful in our choosing the Gold Plan.

I was never told that I as a consumer…

I was never told that I as a consumer would be responsible for the replacement of my Microwave oven. Your company agreed to pay me replacement cost but no installation charges. I am a disabled Veteran is the reason I bought the contract, now AFC wanted me to purchase the item and wait for them to reimburse me. That still leaves me with the installation cost. I am still waiting for my reimbursement check of $258.72

Strong Sales Force / Claims

AFC has a very strong and knowledgeable sales force. Braeden Jones handled all four of our families warranty contracts with ease. I give this company an A+ through the signup process compared with the others out there, however the other spectrum will come if and when a claim is made. That is when it will come to the “meat and potatoes”, and AFC will prove their worth to me and my family. All four policies have not taken effect yet. I will update the review at that time.
