Lovely kettle

The kettle is what you'd expect for a stove top kettle. It's robust and heavy. There's a very helpful "maximum fill" line inside. Good luck to you if you can lift the kettle over-full! On the stove it sits nicely, a good serviceable flat bottom. It heats up quickly and keeps it's heat if it's put on a trivet. The only criticism both me and my partner have is the balance of the handle. I feel somehow a more ergonomic design would be better. Otherwise it performs well, cleans easily and looks good.

Replacing the aluminium kettle that has served me well for 23 years. Love this shiny one! Pours beautifully and perfect size for family life

Works very well - the heavy level base means kettle heats up fast (obviously temperature of hob and volume of water is important). However this replaces another kettle whose base was uneven and took a long time to heat up. Kettle is heavy so check you're happy lifting this weight. And not cheap!

Love this kettle, has a heavy base so heats quickly and holds a great amount of water. Ergonomically awesome too which is handy being so large. Super happy with our purchase.

Works well, but is very heavy and difficult to tell when it has boiled.
