Climbing rose frames were good value, easy to fit and good quality. Delighted with them.

The fruit cage arrived in good time, it was of good quality, straightforward instructions and more than enough netting to complete the construction. Well worth the expenditure.

Wonderful products from this company, very good quality and they are my first choice now for all garden structures.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. I bought a garden arch, their most expensive however it is worth every penny. Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Quite challenging to get in the ground but a two feet drill piece solved that.
I also bought the jute net. Very good quality and excellent price point. I am using it to grow runner beans up

Ordered a pack of two festoon poles - only one arrived and driver stated taken out of huge unnecessary box
Initially when spoke to Grace she acknowledged that the driver had altered package and the photo on delivery did not look to contain two poles and further pole to be sent with immediate affect
Next day email received email asking for photographic evidence of one pole ! Rung company and was met by rude advisor named Lou berry - argumentative, judgemental and continually over spoke me - extremely poor service - don’t use !

I discovered Agriframes last year and have ordered quite a bit since them. My latest purchase has been the scroll wall frames. I ordered enough for one rose but liked them so much I’ve moved on to another wall and another rose and jasmine. They are so easy to put up, very elegant, strong and stylish. I am in the process of ordering an elegance bean frame. We’ve had a few problems, but customer service is second to none and I’m keenly awaiting my purchase which I have no doubt will be with me soon. Delivery has been great on all my purchases, well packed and neat. I can heartily recommend Agriframes for quality products and great service.

Frame seems good quality, easy to assemble. Quite expensive for what it is - time will tell if it’s worth it. However, I have one massive net for two frames. No instructions included, which they should have been. Enquired about how to fit the net and got the instructions emailed: Put the net over the frame and peg to the ground! I think I worked that one out! So I still have one huge net, am worried about cutting it in the wrong place so not leaving enough for the second frame, and don’t know whether to fit up and over, or round the perimeter. CS says you can do either but can give no guidance on which way is best, or how to fit it to give the best access.

We bought some garden hoops and stakes which are good quality. Not the sturdiest but were what I wanted for light-weighted plants.
Delivery was not great. We did not get the delivery photo. The DX driver had left the parcel outside the wrong house about 1/4 mile away a few days before. Agriframes were very apologetic and said that they would send the DX driver to go and get it. We said we would have a look first and we did retrieve it.
Why are delivery drivers so inept sometimes? Not Agriframes fault though and customer service was great.

Have many products of all types from this company and all are strong and good value for quality and longevity compared to other makes.
Good post purchase customer service too.
Delivered very securely packaged to avoid damage too.

Everything delivered on time, all parts included and adequate instructions. The cage looks good now it is erected, and as I hoped.

Where to begin?! I bought the raspberry frame and it is - without doubt - the worst thing I've ever bought for my garden given the price.

Firstly, the instructions are frankly baffling, there seems to be random extra pieces of kit included for no reason and what is included isn't remotely fit for purpose. The 'moisture guards' don't fit onto or between any of the poles so what on earth is the use of them? And once I'd spent over two hours getting the ridiculous thing built it was so flimsy and wobbly I doubt it would stand up to a pigeon landing on it. I had to take it apart and jury-rig something just to give it some structural integrity. I thought spending over £100 would get me something of quality and durability. I've had better from Amazon and I really don't want to say that. I'll be shocked if it lasts a year and I'll not be buying anything from Agriframes ever again.

I first ordered two classic obelisks to support honeysuckle and clematis in a deep garden bed. Arrived pretty quickly and very straightforward to assemble and install. I chose this company as they seemed much better quality than alternatives at local garden centres etc and they are. Yes more expensive but totally worth it in my opinion. I called with a couple of queries and the team were very helpful. Unfortunately this model doesn’t seem to come with a trellis option, but we’ve used black garden metal trellis from the local DIY store and wire and it looks fine, was just a bit fiddly.
Really pleased, they look just how I hoped.
I then ordered a round classic extra arch which we’ve just put together and installed today. Just awaiting the two free roses as part of the offer. Actually very straightforward for two of us (to be fair my husband did most of it) and the instructions were clear. Very good build quality, very sturdy and love how it looks. I ordered it with trellis, which for me was a no brainer. Totally recommend.

I’ve ordered a range of items from Agriframes. I particularly rate their solid steel elegance line. Service is quick and they offer good deals and discounts periodically. They sell some items well outside my price range but I like the fact they carry more affordable products too - but all of high quality. I’d recommend them. They attend lots of the national flower shows so you can see before you buy!
