I had a problem with an obelisk which was not straight after assembly. I contacted the company and I was immediately sent a replacement at no cost which was absolutely fine. Fantastic service so well done

We were very happy with what we ordered but not so impressed with delivery. I think the courier company were pretty poor. The order was dispatched on 30/04. Received an email from DXdeliver to say delivery would be 01/05, then 06/05, didn’t actually receive it until 10/05. May I recommend you change couriers.

No problem with communication and the fruit cage was very good.

The delivery was quicker than expected and the nets came as promised, all items present and correct. All good quality and easy to construct (although for someone like myself I would have preferred better instructions, my husband sorted it easily though). Very pleased with the nets and good to have an established british company supplying them. I feel sure that if we needed any help of replacement parts we would be able to have them.

The Knowle Nets website was easy to navigate with a good range of products. The prices were very competitive so, although I shopped around, I returned to purchase all I needed. Everything was well-packaged and arrived within the delivery window. All of the products seem to be good quality with fabric pots and canes being dragged in and out daily as the plants are hardened off with no signs of damage or wear. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Delivery was straightforward and we are really impressed with the shade netting. Far superior to anything we could buy in a garden centre or DIY shop at a quarter of the cost in those kind of outlets. It is a close weave and isn’t shedding strands of plastic like many that we saw, and the provided holes in the top and bottom borders of the net make it really easy to install and safely secure. It was also measured to the exact length required so no wastage.

“Let’s grow soft fruit” we decided. “But what about the birds?” I countered. “We need a fruit cage. A well constructed, easy to assemble, effective barrier from wildlife, preferably manufactured in the UK at a fair price” we deduced. Then we found Knowle Nets. We ordered a kit, followed the clear instructions, and are now excitedly watching our planted fruit bushes thrive securely. Knowle Nets are definitely the go- to manufacturer for fruit cages. Great product, good communication, prompt delivery and fair price and made in the UK.

Good product but slightly damage in transit and parts missing. This was all promptly rectified by Knowledge Nets.

The net was great, why they believe that charging £15 for delivery and then waiting 4 working days to dispatch is unknown.

I needed several replacement poles & new nets for my fruit cage. Excellent service, everything arrived quickly & was great quality.

excellent customer service, first time using this company, product extremely robust only issue we had was the fruit cage door locking mechanism, haven’t been able to make it work so have come up with our own device.

The delivery was ok but there was no time scale provided in the confirmation email but it came in a couple of weeks.

You have to check and report any issues in 48 hours. I couldn’t check as it’s cling filmed so tightly and had to wait for someone to come help.

The instructions are not great for what you pay. You are provided with a handful of cable ties to attach the netting which isn’t enough so make sure you have more if you purchase. It seems sturdy enough but I’m not sure that the butterfly netting will keep them out as the holes seem big to me but only time will tell.

I’m not sure that I would buy again for the price I don’t feel that it is great quality.

Pleased with overall quality, gate closure is a weakness, but generally a sturdy construction. Very good communication

The product however is not up to the same standard. I ordered 4 fruit and vegetable frames which came packaged in pairs. When I finally fought through the infuriating clingfilm used to package the kits you are faced with a pile of bits and no instructions. It is not too hard to work out how the frames fit together but in this case some of the tube ends were slightly distorted and the screw sockets did not fit without bending the tubes with pliers first.

When finally assembled you are faced with installing the nets which are not cut to size, all you have is a roll of netting some ties and clips and no instructions as to how to install. We found the ties useless and resorted to normal cable ties. We haven't yet worked out what the clips are for or how they work because they do not fit though the mesh.

What I thought would be a simple job took a lot longer than anticipated. the product is not bad but for the price some instructions would be nice and better quality control of the tube ends, so OK if you are prepared to improvise a bit.

I've used Knowle Nets several times and have found that they sell quality products at very reasonable prices. Their fruit cage netting was significantly cheaper than elsewhere but the quality was great. This time I also tried their grass reinforcement netting and their weed block fabric. Again both these products were excellent. Delivery took just over a week.
