We have had our 2nd patio door fitted by them, so shows that we are happy with the product & Company. Our Fitters Bob & Terry were superb, we reiterated that we wanted them back on the 2nd job. The doors themselves are great, as was the ordering. However, they lose a star because each time, the factory hadn't supplied all the correct components, the fitters thankfully were knowledgeable enough to work around it so we could still use the door/window, whilst the missing components were reordered & fitted later. It's a shame the factory lets them down in not checking all orders before despatch.

We have just had a new front door fitted. Both Terry and Steve were very professional and left the area neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the result!

I’ve just had sliding patio doors fitted in an upper floor bedroom, it looks smart and excellent quality. Terry and Steve did a great job fitting and left the room clean and tidy.

Bob and Terry worked hard and were lovely and went through everything we needed to know about the new doors and windows.

Quality of product is a definite step up from the French doors being replaced. No silly initial price then haggling down to something remotely sensible. Great price upfront was refreshing and impressive. The communication was I’m afraid to say poor at best and it was me calling them which triggered the process after I’d paid the deposit. So just over six months from first meeting to fitting. I was happy to wait but disappointed by the time line. That said a mention to MARK the fitter. He was polite, efficient and very tidy not to mention he did an excellent job. So overall not a five star experience due to the inability to communicate and had it not been for the sales experience and the fitter I would have reduced to 3 stars.

I would like to mention MARK the window fitter,is work was excellent, very pleased with is work, he was very clean as he worked.

Terry arrived on time and did a fantastic job, workmanship was amazing.

Bob and Terry arrive on time, get on with the installation and manage any problems without fuss. I would recommend AGS.

From the very beginning Paul J was very friendly, helpful and professional, he listened to what we wanted and there was no hard sale or silly first prices to be negotiated. Equally Paul the surveyor was very friendly and thorough. Door was fitted this week by Mark. He was efficient, very clean and did an excellent job. Throughout the whole process we were kept fully informed by Libby in admin. We would not hesitate to use again or recommend AGS.

Mark the door fitter did a great job, polite on-time and left no mess. Andy Bowrah the AGS Rep was great aswell, relaxed approach, showed me how the door would look on the property, No hard selling. 😀
