Returned from holiday to be welcomed by a wasps nest in one of our dormer windows. Contacted Jason who said Tara would come round later that day. She came round on time and removed the wasps.

Amazing company, called them this morning due to another company messing around my elderly relative. Spoke to Jason who advised me what needed doing and assured me they could help. Tara(sorry if I misheard your name) came out and dealt with the wasp nest on first visit. Really professional and also empathetic to my elderly relatives situation. Cannot thank them enough.

Brilliant service. Came out the next day to our squirrel issue in the loft. Was all sorted within a couple of weeks. Both Keith and Tara were very professional, friendly and polite. Pleased with the price we paid as well. Would definitely use them again.

Really professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Our technician Tara was amazing throughout and found the source of the issue promptly. They did not give up even when the source turned out to be in a neighbour's house. The report we received afterwards was detailed and allows you to keep a record. I wish I had known about AIM the first time we had issues with rodents as I doubt we would have had any reoccurring issues. Thank you for all of your help. Would definitely recommend.
