So far so good! The heater arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Easy to install on the wall with the plugs provided, it even included a concrete drill which was extremely handy. Since it’s not cold enough yet to put it on regularly, we tried it to make sure it works and now waiting for weather to get cold to see how it warms the kitchen area.

Rubbish - I received an email asking me to confirm a delivery date- I then received a phone call asking me to confirm a delivery date - I confirmed in the phone call the same date as I did in the email and all of that was confirmed both by email and in a phone call and of course……no delivery happened! I rang and was told you didn’t have all the bits for the delivery - I stayed in all day to receive it…….rubbish comms and the left hand do not know what the right hand is doing……

The delivery was three weeks later than…
The delivery was three weeks later than the original date and when it was delivered the delivery was incomplete, I was the advised that the missing indoor unit would be delivered the following day, this didn’t happen and now three days later it still hasn’t been delivered and no one has contacted me. Very poor service, I am very disappointed

At the time it was the only place that appeared any stock of stand alone coolers. Price was in line with others in the market and delivery was prompt and efficient.

Was a bit skeptical at first due to the low prices, I did have 2 units on order with amazon but was cancelled by them after waiting 2 months, i then came across aircon direct, first word that comes to mind is Wow, and then why didn’t i find them sooner! Delivery was virtually next day, description says refurbished but they look new to me with just damaged boxes and work perfectly, im very impressed and will be buying from them again, thank you

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful. I called the company before ordering and spoke to a Morgan A and he was very helpful. I then ordered the air con and it arrived next day and in good condition. Works perfect. I have only just got it so can't comment on how long it lasts after being refurbished. Came with all the needed attachments too. Would recommend.
