Had an issue with my AC and went…

Had an issue with my AC and went through two other companies before finally calling ACL London — and honestly, I wish I’d found them first.

From the moment they arrived, the difference was clear. The engineers were not only highly skilled but genuinely cared about getting everything sorted properly. Professional, efficient, and easy to talk to, they took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The staff overall are fantastic — responsive, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs no matter what. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such great customer service.

If you’re dealing with AC issues, don’t waste time like I did — go straight to ACL London. Brilliant service all around.

I have used many companies before, but by far this one is the best and only one. I will being using them only from now on. I was dealing with a gentleman called keven, whom found me a bench joiner. They have been working with me ever since. I hope to deal with your company again.

Avoid

2 separate visits - 2 separate bills - still have an ac unit that doesn’t work

This review is not justified in anyway shape of form. This client booked for a visit and gave vague information about his system . Our engineer visited on a late end of day very quick visit. Our engineer reported back that his system needed re-attending to diagnose and also to order filters. We advised the client as soon as possible. He paid for the filters swiftly without any issue. We then made mention that we need to re-attend and fit filters and also diagnose properly further. to see issues of system Our engineer again attended with same protocol and fitted filters as necessary. The unit was diagnosed and reported back to admin that this clients system needed a full pressure and leak test and some work on it to get it back to scratch. The client did not respond well and was angry and keeps repeating (we did not fix unit) in two visits. To all our respected clients we ask you to read these reviews with logic. Thank you.

We had a fault on our cooling unit

We had a fault on our cooling unit. Did a service instead of fixing the fault and charged £200 for 2 hours work - told me if I wanted them to fix the fault I would have to pay another £200 in advance.

We got someone else in who fixed the fault there and then (1/2 hour) the following day.

When I complained about the bill and that they did an un-requested service and followed through with an incorrect guess at a diagnosis they started threatening me with debt collectors.

The engineer left us his wrench accidentally. I guess we will accept that as a free gift in compensation to a terrible service.

This customer is very dishonest and we totally refute this bad and review full of lies. This client simply requested for his cellar system to be checked. We charge £128.00 for the first hour and £46.00 for half hour increments. Our findings were that the system was fully blocked and corroded. In order to get accurate pressure readings the engineer cleared the blockages. The gas was checked and we provided evidence with print out graph. We then as standard quoted him for further works such as a pressure and leak test and full system vacuum and new gas. This is standard procedure. Nothing new. This customer is totally false and is bitter that they had to settle their bill which is our legal right. We cam we attended we diagnosed. Nothing more to it. We would like Trustpilot to remove this review as this does not represent us. Thank you.

They are honest. I found that a lot of companies in this sector are dishonest and try to make profit without cause sometimes.
