This is the worst company that I have ever ever had dealings with. Ordered but thy have sent NOTHING. Repeated emails go unanswered will not give me a refund in fact this company just pretend that you don’t exist. Give them a very wide birth if you don’t you can say goodbye to your money.DREADFUL.

I actually had a pretty good experience. My daughter saw some of the dresses on their site that interested her for her upcoming birthday. I ordered one - I knew it was from China - ordered one size up - it took a bit of time to get to the US which I expected, but once in California, I was able to track it. The quality was pretty decent for the amount I paid for it. I sent it on to my daughter and she absolutely loved the dress. It was one of her favorite gifts.

DO NOT BUY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE AVOIDING MY EMAILS ABOUT A REFUND.. clothes looked nothing like the pictures and this is absolutely disgusting, they are scammers and take your money and run and change website name, avoid avoid avoid

CHINESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Per many other reviews, this is an out-and-out scam. The hand-sanitizers I ordered (over $100) never arrived. I did receive one notification that due to demand they had been delayed, but three months later, still nothing had arrived. When I inquired they said they must have been delivered and been stolen by someone. They refused to refund me, but told me if I paid $6.99 to cover the postage they would send them again. At this late stage I no longer needed what I had originally purchased and, on the basis I never received what I ordered, I again requested a refund. They refused suggesting I should, and I quote: "We suggest you can complain & claim to local post office or police man". What a joke!!!

Zero stars

Zero stars! i ordered from Airygal in early April 2020. Items never arrived. Asked for refund. refund denied. Had to wait 2 months for Paypal to reimburse me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, THEY RIP YOU OFF AND PAYPAL SUCKS! They sent me the wrong size and PayPal said I had to ship it back to China or they would not credit my account. I advised if this company sent me a "pre-paid shipping" I would drop it off but they sited with the seller who over-charged me $34.95 and sent me 8oz product and Not a 24oz. I'm contacting the BBB!

This is a tricky review to write. While the products I received were very good quality and true to the fit as described, I wanted them in time for the 4th of July. I didn't receive the delay notification until the order was placed. Be sure to set up an account when you order so you can cancel if you need to. That was my problem. I wrote an email to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it, but they didn't read it until after it was already shipped. It arrived after I was already gone for the holiday. I love all that I got, just didn't get to enjoy it when I wanted to. There's always next year, I guess!

They dont have zero stars so I gave them one. This is a SCAM organization. I ordered from them on April 10th and it is now June 28th and I have not received it, They are a SCAM - do NOT purchase anything from these crooks!!!

I personally believe Airygal does not deserve even a 1 star . If I dont accept at least 1 - I will be able to write a review .
I ordered and paid about $300 plus in Early April . Only now received very small part of the order . Sent messages but received like a computer generated reply.
I have read All the comments and fully agree with their complaints. Need not say anymore. I am experiencing exactly the same .
NEVER will I order or refer them to ANYONE.

If I dont receive the remaining of my order , I will see about complaining and take the matters further .

They are a complete waste of time !!

SNEAKY BAIT & SWITCH

I ordered $132 worth of items on April 7th. I would receive emails stating your items have been shipped. I would enter a tracking-shipping number then nothing. Then on May 11th I filed with NFCU for fraud. That same day I received notice for the partial items were on their way. I received $70 worth of hand sanitizer that was worth $20. Then they sent me another separate tracking for a pair of flip flops size L worth $2 in the new size of 6X. What a joke. They are real smart alics. NFCU reversed the charge and gave them the entire amount because they showed tracking on the partial items. See how sneaky they are? They send just enough to get away with charging you for multiple items-then only sending a few items worth $20.What can you do? They show the tracking number for an item where they can say we sent the item! Its sad. I was the stupid one. But never again. Buyer beware. CROOKS.

ORDER PLACED IN APRIL.

Orders goods in April. Now June 20. Still no sign of goods.
Written many messages but was asked to order some other goods.
THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME TO ORDER FROM THEM.
EVERYONE JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.

Stay Away

I ordered face masks in March. I was told that it was shipped in two packages. One package, according to tracking, was supposed to be delivered but never got it and the other one stopped moving on the tracker at 01th of April. Sent about 15 e-mail and just receive "please be patient" answer and declined my request of refund. Terrible, terrible company. Stay away!!! Regards Oliver, Camile Thai, Dublin, Ireland

Cheap thin material

Cheap thin material. One legging arrived with a rip going through it. Emailed customer service and they offered me a 25% refund to go and get the rip fixed. They could clearly see from the pictures that this was irrepairable not to mention it's leggings. How to you repair leggings??? They refused the refund me over and over again. Do not do business with this company. Wasting your money on cheap looking clothes. I threw it in the trash!!

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Provides garbage tracking numbers then when you complain that you have not received items gives USPS tracking number.
Stay away from this company!

Horrible company STAY AWAY

Ordered 3 bottles of hand sanitizer April16th received June 2nd shipped from Bell California, came in plastic bags not a box,not padded,all 3 bottles broken and leaking. Some bottles less then 1/2 full . Now exposed broken tops,no longer sterile. Company refuses to give full refund. Offers 10% 20% 30% off. Then says will cost to much to send back return overseas. Lied it came from Bell California. Horrible company would give 0 stars if possible.

Oh Dear !

Bought some boots off them - I suppose the lesson here is 'you get what you pay for' or not it would appear for some customers.
I saw these boots on another site months ago and then saw them here in the sale.....they came today and they are so awful I actually laughed out loud. There isn't even a passing resemblance to the colour or appearance in the picture, cheap, cheap, cheapity cheap. Serves me right I'm old enough to know better but please learn from my mistake and don't get your hopes up for anything arriving that you would actually want to wear unless it was for a bet
I gave them a grudging 2 stars because they arrived quite quickly and were well packaged - shame the packaging was better quality than the item :))

Not a pleasant transaction...

I placed my order on April 3rd 2020 and it was processed for shipment on April 7th and April 8th 2020. In their website they said shipping would take 20-30 days. After 1 month I still did not receive anything. To their credit, they did respond to my enquirers usually taking 48-72 hours, possibly because of time difference from the USA, providing tracking numbers. I finally received 1 of my packages on May 13th and still, no sight of the second package. I started getting anxious by May 20th after reading reviews that this is possibly a scam since my second package was the one with the higher dollar value.The problem seems to be that the packages got held up in Grapevine, Tx. Thankfully I was able to track the packages and I sent USPS an email and as a result of that, the package which was held at Grapevine, Tx since April 28th must have been located. I finally received the second package on May 30th ! 2 months after my order and after threatening to dispute the purchase on my credit card. I will never buy from this company again as i do not think they have figured out their logistics and it is just too anxiety filled as you do not know if they would refund you if the package is indeed lost.
I gave Airygal 2 stars as I felt that they at least responded to my inquiries but other than that, they seem as helpless as I was to locate the packages. So, I do think that they are trying, but this is just not a professional set-up. Lesson learned that when ordering online and especially internationally is to always check reviews, no matter how tempting the offer seems to be!!

Fraud.

Ordered hand sanitizer, paid for expedited shipping. It’s never arrived, 7 weeks later. Customer service says it’s been shipped, but their tracking system shows that it hasn’t. They speak very poor English, lie about shipments, and based upon the reviews I’m not alone.

Stay away.
