I ordered 2 face shields on 4-19-2020, I paid for expedited shipping as I am a covid 19 tester. Still haven't received my shields. Wish I would have done my research on this pos company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CUSTOMER. SAW AN AD FOR HAND SANTIZER AND ORDERED IT. WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL I TOLD THEM I WANTED A REFUND, THEN THE PRODUCT IS STILL NOT HERE AFTER I ORDERED IT 04/16/20. THE AD STATED THEY HAD PLENTY OF HAND SANTIZER. THIS WAS A $40 PURCHASE. BUYER BEWARE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased hair shears on the site on the 30th of March. A week later they told me it was out of stock and that I could wait or get another product. I said I wanted a refund. The next day they told me it was back in stock and had been sent to the courier to be shipped soon. 2 weeks later and I hadn’t received any tracking information or the product itself. I had sent an email and got no response. I sent an email everyday until they replied telling me it was out of stock. I told them they had told me it was in stock and sent pictures of the email I was sent saying it was in stock and that I want a refund. They agreed to a refund saying it would take 3-10 business days. A week passed and I didn’t receive my money back. I sent them emails everyday and today I received my full refund after 1 month of purchasing the item. This company is horrible please do not buy from here. They will put you through stress only to not even receive the item in the end. I had read previous reviews of people saying how they didn’t receive their money back just happy I got mine back

I saw the site with a product I was interested in on wunderground.com ad. Didn't think for a second they would have a scammer ad on that site. I also paid the $9.99 + postage so now I'm obviously out just over $46. Worse yet, they have my credit card #. Lesson learned, check complaints before ordering from anyone unusual & never trust ads on any site - wunderground.com is ok as a weather site but that they allow scammers to advertise makes them questionable also.

My experience is that this is a dishonest company. They claim to have items and agree to shipping and delivery within a certain number of days and then NOTHING arrives. Also, they allow you to pay for expedited shipping and weeks later, again nothing arrives. I have disputed with my credit card company. I DO NOT recommend this company. Also, try to contact them with your concerns, nearly impossible. Adding to my initial review, it has been a few more weeks and nothing has arrived! Airygal is a complete hoax. No response to my emails asking to refund my money. No phone number that I can find, thankfully PayPal and Discover are great companies that protect against fraud.

Don't purchase any product from the organization. I made a purchase on 4.11.2020 and haven't received any of my products. I paid for the Expedia postage along with the 3 day guarantee and still haven't received any of my order. This company of thieves. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

If it’s not possible I would like to give these scam website a 0point. I have bought this item month ago, and I have been said right the day after purchase I want to cancel the order. And the have been stall me for return this item ever since. I said to them I just want to return this,and after about a week they reply: why you want to cancel this order? It already been sent away. I insist in the first reply. And they ask me again. If I can keep this item because it has been sent away. I keep saying I don’t want this item. And they said they can only return for %10of the purchase. At this point, it was 3weeks time. Clearly they are awful and try the best they can to avoid been return this order. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

OH Geeze!!.. if only I read this earlier..ugh! Ordered masks, was impressed with the *order shipped* two days later. it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to see anything. Tracking# is bogus. Nothing moving. I am filing a complaint and reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!. It is unfair that they are able to continue to scam people out of money!

My order says shipped on April 17...but I still haven’t received anything and tracking number doesn’t exist ..I think I’m out 27 dollars..glad to know I didn’t order more than that ..I came to these reviews a little late..scammers

Absolutely horrible! Frauds! Do not place an order! Do not even visit their website! Zero redeeming qualities about this "company." I completely agree with all of the other 1 star reviews. If there was a way to rate this place with a Negative Star that is what I would rate them. I ordered hand sanitizer and I understand the shortage at this time; however, do not advertise that you are fully stocked and the items are ready to be shipped immediately when they are not. As soon as I placed my order they instantaneously charged my card. I never received my order. Like all of the others I received some bogus tracking number. I opened up a Fraudulent transaction with my credit card company and the company immediately credited my account.

If I can give ZERO STAR! I will give them ZERO.
They are SCAM. My items are not arrived even though I ordered them a month ago.

Taking advantage of the hand sanitizer shortage CHINESE frequently scan U.S. to review what’s in demand & offer at ridiculously LOW PRICES . DONT DO IT U. S. Should take ACTION AGAINST this BOGUS COMPANY. If I’m gonna be scammed I’d rather it be an American who could use the money during this time of distress that originated in China anyway!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I was forced to give one star but I actually wanted to give zero. I spent $245 to buy 40 pieces face masks ($6/ piece for adult one; $7/ piece for child one) from Airygal website on 12 March 2020. But the masks they sent to me which are different from my order. In Airygal website showed the masks are five layers with good quality. The masks I had received, which are only four layers and are very thin like paper and the part felt off without using. I contacted the customer service immediately and requested the full refund. But they dragged the process as much longer as they can and rejected to give the full refund. I am a chinese and checked the factory of China to produce the mask, they just established on 19 February 2020 and they do not have legal qualification to make masks according to Chinese government records. It is very bad online shopping experience and not recommend Airygal website.

FRAUD,FRAUD,FRAUD stay away, order masks never came and my account was amex was debit over 300$$
