⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Outstanding Service from Ray at Al-Murad Tiles, Hayes

I recently visited the Al-Murad Tiles branch in Hayes, and I have to say, Ray made the entire experience absolutely stress-free. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed.

Ray’s product knowledge is exceptional—he took the time to explain the different tile options, their quality, and the best choices for my space. He didn’t just try to sell the most expensive option; instead, he focused on what would work best for my style, budget, and practical needs.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He even helped me with accurate measurements and offered tips for installation, which saved me both time and money. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism in retail these days.

If you’re looking for tiles and want honest, expert advice, I highly recommend visiting Ray at the Hayes branch. His customer service is top-class, and I’ll definitely be returning for future projects.

Really helpful and flexible with providing samples and alternative tile options as a result of some unavailability. Highly recommend
