Quite easy to complete forms online
Quite easy to complete forms online. However, each time I have purchased insurance I have had a problem with one medication which has been prescribed. The condition I have is not listed which results in a phone call having to be made.

Great company
Very sensible medical questions. Offer 3 levels of cover. For the past few years you are my go to medical insurance for holidays.
We did have to claim once. The whole process was simply and fair. All settled within 5 days.

Well worth the extra time spent getting the quote
Finally!
A company that makes sensible evaluations of all medical conditions. Yes, that does involve more detailed questions and time spent, but the end result was a company, 'Insurancewith' that covered my rare cancer diagnosis, (unlike several others) and at a much better price.
The only annoying thing was if you enter the wrong details regarding a condition, or submit that section by mistake, (which is very easily done), you cannot edit it and have to delete the whole entry and start over again...
Overall, this is a great company and I'm a satisfied customer.
