The fitters from Albion arrived at the time I was given. They installed the back door and the new porch very efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the job.

Great service from start to finish
Had few quotes but Albion Windows impressed me with there no nonsense approach.
Luke the installer left the premises very clean & tidy.
Would highly recommend.
Use Albion & you won’t be disappointed!.

Good product, service and value
Used Albion for all our windows since moved to Croydon about 35 years ago. Latest product and installation up to usual standard, although only two windows, but in particular this time, tied in with our other work and accelerated the normal timetable.

Brilliant service!
Albion have been great to deal with and provided us with a very thorough job replacing windows and external doors. It was great to visit the showroom and talk through our options and the whole team took great care to advise and ensure the products we chose were right for us. Their prices are competitive and the workmanship was very precise and efficient.

Whereas I thank you for your good workmanship comment, as you know, I was disheartened to see your 3-star rating, especially being the third job we have done for you. Following our communication, your issue was with the PayByLink process. Although the link emails were generated for deposit and balance payments, you said did not receive them. We monitor these links and had emailed, called, and left messages to alert you that they had been sent. Although you said you were unable to respond as you had flu in the household, I remain disappointed.

Would 100% Recommend
We had a great experience with Albion Windows. They were swift, efficient, well priced and very thorough. We had two arches in the windows we unfortunately couldn't afford to keep but they manipulated the windows and casing in a way that they still looked really special and kept a bit of its grandeur.
Really grateful to the team for their excellent work.

Excellent. Quick, efficient, clean workers and windows and doors are lovely. Don't use big national companies use your local ones. They are much more competitive and customer service is much better
