The fitters from Albion arrived at the time I was given. They installed the back door and the new porch very efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the job.

Easy telephone conversation, leading to timely visit by a professional assessor, followed by smooth installation by a great crew. Product is exactly what I wanted. They looked after my elderly neighbour as well and she gives them 5*. Big thank you.

A good professional and friendly experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent and the tenant stated that the installers were very mindful of the property and covered interior where necessary. I was also very pleased with the finish the windows look lovely.

Professional from start to finish!
John came initially for sign up and everything just flew from there. They went out of their way to accommodate the size of door required as other companies would not undertake. Fitting carried out within 3 weeks and the fitters very professional and completed with an excellent finish. Brilliant. Fully recommend Albion. Great job!

I found Albion windows really helpful with choosing my new composite front door and window frame. The fitters were on time professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We are sorry you were involved in this unpleasant incident. It is not what we would expect from one of our team. The person involved had made us aware of an altercation when his van was being helped out of a narrow parking spot by another tradesman on site, and he unreservedly apologises for his reaction.

Thank you for reviewing. I'm sorry our service was not up to our usual high standards. I understand the issue was with chips on a couple of cill ends which we should have rectified at the time, but we were not aware of the substandard cleaning, so our apologies. We are glad to hear that you would return to us, however.

The whole process was smooth. The fitters did an excellent job fitting a new front door and frame and the result transformed the house. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Would recommend Albion
Installation of two very big patio doors was noisy and messy but the installers did a magnificent job. They were polite, careful and considerate.
I had a problem with locking the door a few days later, which wasn't ideal over a bank holiday weekend but Luke, the installation chap visited immediately after my call to the office on the Tuesday and fixed it. But for that I'd have given 5 stars.

Highly recommended!
Albion were recommended by our neighbours who used them a few years earlier. Useful showroom to see the different styles and fittings and found the sales to be informative, but not pushy. Installation team were great, friendly and got on with it. Job spread over 4 days but was quite a task, including 5 units with doors and some very tall glazing. Very happy with the work which has transformed our home.

Simply the best door/window company I've ever used.
What an excellent, professional, caring company from start to finish and beyond.
Ordering was super easy (with a decent cost compared to some other 'in your face online companies). Surveyor came to get exact measurements. Installation was quick and clean. Then, after a panic yesterday (first time of using the key after going out) and having trouble getting the door open (my failing not theirs) I recieved supportive
advice and reassurance when I rang. I couldn't ask for a better service. I HIGHLY recommend Albion for doors and windows. Thank you Paul, Keith, Ricky, Mick and the office staff 👏🏻🌟👏🏻🌟👏🏻
