Physics Online Avis

Might genuinely be the goat. Explanations are nice and clear and to the point.

Incredibly clear explanations, engages with everyone, and great for visual learning, highly recommend.

lewis has genuinely helped so much in helping me understand physics, his resources are great, hes got loads of flashcards and his master classes are pretty good too, I used him for A Levels but i'd assume GCSE is just as good

Used courses and online teams sessions which he hosted and they were all very engaging and useful, stuff you can’t just get in a textbook!

Really easy to understand

Great resources uploaded over the years, his masterclasses are also very helpful.

A-Level Physics Online is absolutely brilliant! There are some great videos presented by Lewis Matheson in a very accessible style that is really easy to understand. The free content is a real bonus and I highly recommend the accompanying day-by-day revision guides that take you right through from pre-Y12 to the end of Y13.

Very helpful videos throughout my studies, now continuing to study physics at university.

Lewis has extensive resources available on his website and has helped me tremendously throughout my A level physics revision. Will miss you :(

Amazing website and tutor. Vids really helped clear my concepts and built knowledge that allowed me to apply principles to new concepts and made my a levels feel like a breeze. Would 100% recommend

one of the best a level tutors online, makes fantastic free resources, and blesses physics students with his revision videos. on behalf of A level students thank you.

It was so nice having all of the resources I needed to learn organised so nicely. I have been using this website for a couple months and It helped build up my exam confidence especially the past paper walk throughs and model answers. I feel I was able to score some extra marks with just exam technique alone too. The only reason I mark it down a star is becuase I wish there were more past paper walk throughs and model answers because previous year questions tended to feel a bit harder and it was hard finding good explainations online.

Covered everything I needed for AQA alevel physics, including my optional module. Better than a textbook! I saw Lewis in Warwick for Physics in Action 2025, he’s even better in person!

Physics Online paired with Zphysics creates an insane combo, i wouldnt have made it this far without them

Despite only discovering Lewis in the last few months of A level, he's helped me improve my physics a surprising amount, as well as making revising engaging and productive.

Thank you so much for your help over the last 4 years for GCSE and A-level physics. All of your youtube videos and livestreams have been so useful in my revision and thanks to you explaining the subject so well I have discovered a true passion for Physics. Thanks again Lewis, you really are one of the best.

Amazing content - lovely guy as well
