My old well known uk high street brand underwear had seen better days , it was time for a refresh.

I fell in love with the design of the Alexander Clementine Bra style I had been looking for. Wireless unpadded bra for a long time. So I pre ordered two bra and thong sets. One in black and one in the limited edition yellow ( my favourite colour)

The sets arrived on time in fully recyclable packaging, with a seed encrusted thank you note which are both lovey touches.

Firstly the bras are so comfortable and extremely soft , as a smaller chested women they give me a
Comfortable amount of lift without any painful digging in no underwire, no clasp digging into your spine constantly ! … in the words of Ned Flanders ‘It feels like I’m wearing nothing at all.

The thongs are also of the same quality very soft, lovey thick waistband that doesn’t dig in to my hips constantly or roll up and get twisted.

I adore this company and what they are trying to achieve. My constructive criticism is that I did experience some slight discomfort/ irritation from the wash label which would maybe repositioned ( not a big deal but it’s a bit sad when you have to cut your new underwear). Second the sizing is a bit confusing everyone is different and brand sizes aren’t standard adding measurements would help in my opinion as S/M/L is a bit vague. Lastly I feel the thickness of the material feels a bit thin over the cup considering the price so wondering how they will hold up after a few washes.

That being said I love what you’re doing and I love the ethical drivers behind this company no company is perfect. I can honestly say I will only be buying Alexander Clementine underwear from now on. Keep doing what you’re doing.

I love buying from a company with such great sustainability innovations, packaging and delivery is as fab as always. Sleek and fits great, super soft on the skin, love that it’s antibacterial too :)

I shopped Alexander Clementine because I was offered a voucher at Christmas. Although I liked the ideas of fabric made from seaweed and of products made in the UK, I was very disappointed with the lack of choice of products, of colours and of sizes available. I found the prices far too high as well and would never have bought anything if it wasn't for the very generous voucher I had been given. Also the size guide is very uninformative and I had very little idea whether the bra and knickers I ordered would fit me. As a matter of fact, the bra is a little too big for my torso which is a problem since it is unadjustable.

Colour and feel of the fabric is just perfect. The labels are slightly irritating where they are placed but others you feel like you are wearing nothing.
The boxers are not the best fit for me, nothing to do with the product just think I am more a briefs girl

The material was so soft I was amazed, the shipping was fast and the items fit was perfect! All the postage materials were compostable and the thank you card was seeded paper

I pre-ordered AC's new set, the racer top and boxer in black, and got my delivery at the end of February. Since I received this set I actually ordered another one, in white, because I loved it so much. What a versatile set of underwear/yoga wear/sleepwear/thermal layer. It is incredibly soft, so warm and great quality. I'm so glad to be a customer and to have been able to scoop up two of these lovely sets. I also received emails directly from AC after each order to say thank you which I thought was just so authentic, I love that kind of personalization. Will be a returning customer for sure.

This company makes me extremely popular with my partner! She loves the incredible design, feel and look of the underwear. And I love to see her wearing them.

1st time ordering and I paid extra for it to be delivered within 48 hours. Well that was 7 days ago and still not received my order. The only thing they give me back was my postage I paid extra for after emailing them a couple of times. If I ever receive my order might change it to 3 🌟

Super soft and comfortable, the bra offers way more support than I was expecting considering there is no wire/padding. The bottoms come up quite small, I’m a 10/12 and a M is too small.

Great company and the order comes with a wildflower seed card which is a lovely touch. Will be recommending to friends

Alexander Clementine were amazing when the bra I'd ordered for Christmas for my daughter appeared to be taking a rather long time to arrive. It was so nice being able to email them my concerns and they responded straightaway. They also offered to send a replacement but the original order appeared in the post today. So very happy with their customer service, I cannot rate them highly enough, I just wish all companies had this duty of care towards their customers.

Everything about the product was very nice, but it would have been better if you where registered in the tax system in Norway so that I wouldn’t have to pay fees when the package arrived in norway

Truly the most comfortable panties i’ve ever purchased!!! I believe I may have ordered a size too small in the briefs but because of the wonderfully soft material and stretch it is not an issue! So soft I genuinely cannot tell they’re there! I also love that they are sustainable and environmentally friendly. All I can say is i’m obsessed and will be purchasing more! :)
