Unfortunately although I ordered a size 6 they were too big, I ordered a size 8 from another company and they fit so not sure what's going on with your sizes anyway returns were free so that was great

The customer care is fantastic and the products are of brilliant quality.
I needed work trousers asap for an unscheduled trip -they arrived in time with next day payment, providing peace of mind.
The womens ’stretch’ pants are subtle and do the job exactly as needed. Should anyone be pondering whether they are worth it and are used to the rigid unisex offerings -yes they are!
Staff are easy to communicate with and sincerely help as best possible.
Delivery is swift and respectful. Which is always greatly appreciated.
Easy to use website -navigation is non problematic. Should your item size be out of stock, they offer considerate alternatives (that actually are a suitable alternative!)
Very impressed!
I cannot recommend Alex Direct highly enough! -I will be using them again.

Ordered some new work boots.
Ordered some new work boots.
Money was taken from account no problem and email confirmation suggesting the next you’ll hear is when they are in transit and with details of delivery.
Fast forward 5 days no boots, went on DHL track my parcel and it’s in and has been sat in the E commerce depot with an apparent failed doorstep delivery, no card through the door to alert me.
I emailed Alex direct and DHL to see if I could organise re delivery or to a collection point and DHL advised parcel was return to sender. The reply from Alexdirect was to re order the boots if I want them or I’ll get a refund. The refund still hasn’t arrived. I’m sure there a great company and I’ve just been unlucky but I certainly won’t use them again.
Still no refund??

Please accept our sincere apologies that your order was not delivered. I can see that delivery was attempted a couple of times; however, a calling card should have been left on each occasion. We will be contacting our courier to investigate why this did not happen.
As discussed in my voicemail and email, your order has now been returned to us. To expedite the refund process, I have requested internally that this is actioned today. Once processed, the refund should appear in your bank account within 5–7 working days.

Having looked into the order, I can see that the house number was missing from the shipping address. Unfortunately, our couriers were unable to complete the delivery without this information, and the order has now been returned to us.
I can also see that our Customer Care team responded to your email requesting clarification of the order number, as we were unable to locate it on our system initially.
I have now followed this up with both a voicemail and an email, and I have also advised that we will arrange for your refund to be processed as soon as possible.
