Send totally wrong shorts ,had to return and wait 2 weeks for refund. Customer service says the shorts must of been on the wrong shelf on dispatch, am sure its not hard to check model number on bag... Voir plus

The parcel was not delivered to me; from the tracking, it looks like your driver gave it to someone at the gate!
Parcels should always be delivered to my door (30) on the 3rd floor & left there.
You are responsible for this; please investigate.

I am still waiting for my parcel
I am still waiting for my parcel, this may be down to the fact that you used DHL, I have tried using the tracking number you used for my order [6012020491593] and they don't seem to recognise it, could you please deal with this.

Bought a pair of Skechers safety shoes…
Bought a pair of Skechers safety shoes but on the second time of wearing them the eyelet snapped off, but I had thrown away the box with the refund paperwork in it. So I’m just getting on with it.
