Helpful staff but instructions on tilt parasol didn’t remind that tilt was operated by pushing a button. Obvious really but I didn’t spot it.

Some of your customer service staff are very helpful, others not so much.
Also, having used your instructions to put up a swing Turin seat, I would suggest that the photograph images are made clearer. Also, the instructions need to be more helpful.
