Never had a lease car before. Sick and tired of being screwed by webuyanycar with their valuations when trading in, so decided to lease on a 2 year term. Approached 2 well known car leasing companies and had major issues getting simple finance approved. Just about to give up and purchase a new car when I saw All Car Leasing website. Made an online enquiry, contacted by Katie Rushton who was extremely helpful and professional. Katie made me feel confident that she could help me. Submitted an online finance app, approved within a couple of days. Fantastic service provided by Katie. She helped and guided me throughout the whole process and reassured me when I had questions. To say how grateful I am is an understatement. I cannot thank Katie enough!!!! Thank you Katie and I look forward to dealing with you again in 2 years when I lease my next car.

I had a mixed experience with All Car Leasing. While some staff members were attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth process, there were also issues with unsolicited emails and unexpected fees. During a challenging time, the additional charges felt unfair, overshadowing the positive interactions. Overall, some aspects were efficient and pleasant, but others need improvement, hence a neutral rating.

Why do companies like this think they can send unsolicited emails time after time ? Obviously they bulk buy email addresses and chance their luck. Maybe they have not heard of GDPR

I have had my car for over a year now, Paul Marlowe went out of his way to find and get me my vehicle when there were long waiting times. He kept constant communication and checked that everything was OK after I received the vehicle. A year on, I can say there are no complaints. Would definitely use their service again. thank you!

Cannot fault this company. I have mainly liaised with Kieth who is professional and efficient with all communication. From my initial comparison on quoted etc these were the most competitive yet the level of service is second to none in my experience. Very happy with the service overall. Car was delayed but through no fault of ACL. Paul Marlowe assisted me in finding the right vehicle for me quickly and handled all paperwork and admin, making it a case of me picking the car I wanted and waiting! Easy as that. Paul kept me up to date regularly where my car was up to delivery wise and I would recommend All Car Leasing to anyone looking for a hassle free way to lease a new car.

Just taken delivery of our 4th company car via All Car Leasing. We dealt with Paul Marlowe, again and ordered the car less than 3 weeks ago and received the car today. A service i cant fault. Thank you Paul

Absolutely appalling service, car is now months late, never kept updated on reasons why without having to chase them first and when they did reply, they just gave excuses and that they are chasing dealer.

The car is still not here after a failed delivery attempt today and again, it took communication from me to instigate an update.

UPDATE.
Having read the response from allcarleasing it does not surprise me that the response passes the blame and says the feedback is unfair, just read all the other responses, they are all the same. The facts are accurate and I am the customer of ACL, not any other third party. It was me that instigated the hire car agreement, all ACL did was facilitate that request. If the person responsible for the replies would like to call me and discuss then I am happy to do so, you will have my number. There is no update to the delivery of the car so the chances of it coming anytime soon are doubtful.

My experience with All Car Leasing was outstanding, Paul Marlowe is amazing! Considering the new car market was difficult this year with shortages and delays, however, Paul was great at sourcing options and keeping me informed of developments. I thoroughly recommend this company, thank you Paul. Andy

From start to finish Keith gave this the personal touch that is alas missing these days. Being new to leasing my silly questions were answered quickly and with great accuracy.
ACL matched my best price and because of the work by Keith, I would most definitely go through this process again with them.
New car day is always a great feeling, but because of the team at ACL, it was fantastic.

Working in a stand-alone position can be a bit frenetic at times, but not when you are working with the team at All Car Leasing. They felt like my extended team. They were great, especially Keith (Martin). Any little question I had, he got me an answer. Ordering cars/vans for employees isn't my forte but Keith made the process so easy and stress free. I will go back to All Car Leasing when the need arises and I would definitely recommend them.

I'm not into cars so don't have great knowledge, which always makes it difficult. Sometimes people will sell you what works best for them, however Nicholas Troy was brilliant. He listened to my requirements, what I like and don't like, and suggested several options. When the car was taking a while to go into build, he sourced the same car from another supplier.
