I had an absolutely flawless experience dealing with AllCarLeasing. My first time leasing a vehicle and John helped me get exactly what I wanted within the budget I had. Blaal was superb in organising the brand new car at such short notice pre-Xmas, all whilst Helen did an amazing job of preparing the relevant documents to be sorted.
The team made the entire process smooth, pleasant, efficient and headacheless! Nothing seemed to be an issue...

I have just leased my third vehicle via All Car Leasing who have again been very easy to deal with throughout. Keith was able to provide me with various options and once I had chosen a vehicle I wanted (A3), he worked diligently to find the specification I wanted and to provide a competitive quote being able to beat a number of competitors I also approached. Helen was brilliant at keeping me updated throughout from signing the contract through to delivery and answered any questions I had swiftly. Overall, I would highly recommend and plan to use again for future vehicles.

Very disappointed customer. Never leased a car before and I will not use this company again. Rebecca and Jason were useless. A car that I was given the impression I would have within a week or so took 2 months! I had to constantly chase to find out what was happening, promises of call backs never made, initial monthly price was then increased by £5, car wasn’t in stock, promises of compensation for the delays not given. Due to the delay I lost £400 part ex value on my car I was selling. All blame put on Mercedes not them. All I got was a tank of petrol which I had to chase numerous times for. It took the shine off getting a new car. Not a happy customer

This is my first time leasing a car, and was so pleased with how helpful my advisor, Rob Hawkins, was. I hit a few hurdles but Rob was so amazing throughout. He always clearly communicated what was needed, what the status was and would check in frequently to make sure things were on track. Any time I had a question he'd respond promptly and despite some of the struggles I had, he did everything he could to help me whilst being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Rob!
