3rd car from All Car Leasing, great service - Nicholas as always very helpful. When I saw a slightly better deal on another site they matched the price. Processing was very efficient. Will use again

Whatever you do avoid spending any money with this company, especially if they tell you, that you can reserve a car, "to ensure you get the car you've seen even if your plans change". During Covid when times are difficult for everyone this company has found a way to survive by charging customer hand over foot even if you don't do business with them.

They sold me the idea of putting down a "processing fee of £200" then as my plans could change they can reserve the car. Then as I recovered from the COVID vaccine they sent an email to collect "£1,000 cancellation fee".

After charging me £1,200 for not doing business they are happy to move onto other customers. Save yourself the trouble and the money and don't get anyway near this company.

After making contact with All Car Leasing one evening, I received a telephone call the very next morning from John Haggerty, who walked me through the various options I had with my chosen car - a BMW M135i. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact John's fun to speak with and makes the process as smooth as possible. Once my order had been placed I was supported by Blaal Khawaja who took care of the financial documentation for me, and Helen Yates, who took care of all the administration and dealings with BMW.

The entire experience, from first contact to delivery, has been nothing short of superb. Other businesses should take note, this is how you deal with customers if you want to a) get their business, and b) get their return business!

I wouldn't have the slightest hesitation is recommending All Car Leasing to any friend or family member. In my case I'd happily recommend John, Blaal and Helen to anyone looking for a new car lease.

Over the course of several months, while I deliberated on the model and specification of car I wanted, John (Account Manager) answered numerous questions and provided quite a few quotations. Throughout the process he was always helpful, friendly and prompt with his response.
Likewise, Blaal (finance and account setup) and Gemma (vehicle delivery) were helpful, prompt and efficient, and made the the leasing process very easy.

Fantastic service all round from initially picking up the phone to taking delivery - informative and professional. A special mention to both Nick & Helen - nothing was too much trouble and I was kept in the loop at all times. Have already placed an order for a 2nd vehicle !

All car leasing a great company, this is my second car with them. Unfortunately I have had problems with the car with it spending more time off road than on road. I have a Range Rover Evoque lovely car but experiencing problems with engine light constantly coming on. All car leasing have been really helpful. Currently I am using a courtesy car from Range Rover. Hopefully I will get my car back road worthy

I recently leased a Ford Fiesta from All Car Leasing who were able to meet my short term leasing needs. I would recommend All Car Leasing as they are affordable and have excellent customer service. From the first point of contact, the team were very professional and helpful. I mainly dealt with Nick, Gemma and Paul. Response from the team was always quick and they were able to accommodate my pick-up time preference. I was really pleased with the service.

We recently leased an Audi A5 from All Car Leasing and were so impressed with their service. Very professional and helpful. The entire process was faultless including the delivery of our car to our home. John Haggerty was particularly helpful and followed up with us a few days after we took delivery of our car to make sure everything was satisfactory and has explained that we can contact him at anytime during our lease period. I received great service from Keith and Helen and actually got the car delivered earlier than anticipated. There were a few issues caused by the inevitable impact of leaving the EU on vehicle imports but that wasn't their fault.

I got my new lease vehicle yesterday, I have leased through All Car Leasing for the last 8 years and can honestly say the customer service is amazing, my car was called back by the supplier but the team at All Car Leasing got involved and managed the process on my behalf, thanks to Helen Yates, John Haggerty and Blaal Khawaja I got my new vehicle and they got the supplier to cover the overrun on the old lease. Just fabulous team, would recommend to anyone. I will only use them and have already referred some family and friends to them. Keep up the good job!

Cannot rate them highly enough. Nick was excellent throughout the whole process from finding me the car that hit all my criteria and in my budget. Any questions we had he answered promptly and in great detail. Between Nick and The Admin team everything went as smoothly as possible and nothing at all was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and definitely be using them again next time

Really pleased with the service, Nick was helpful and got me a car within my budget and meeting all the criteria. Love the car, only thing I'm disappointed with is the 1 year breakdown service but this is an issue with the vehicle rather than All Car Leasing.
