Waste of time and money

No customer care. No refund for wrong delivery. Going back to deliveroo or direct order to restaurant. Food overpriced too. 4e more l guess commission for using app. Overall experience: waste of time and money. You dont offer order history.

Not using them ever again.

We liked the app and used it often. Then a week or so back we had a late-delivery / rudeness / cold food issue with the takeaway and all that stopped. All Eat were powerless to either intervene or obtain a refund (in spite of having all the evidence to hand and wasting hours of our time) in fact they proved themselves to be completely ineffective and as a result we'll be using neither them - nor the takeaway involved - ever again.

Had good experience with this platform

Had good experience with this platform, i found many hidden restaurants which are not available on ther platform. They are helping local restaurants to grow.

Nothing to complain about

I ordered through their connected website for a restaraunt, the order was communicated to the restaurant properly, with instructions but the restauraunt got the order wrong unfortunately. I contacted their customer service, they contacted the restaurant and I got a refund, so I'm happy :)

Fake and will ruin your business

Fake and will ruin your business. Guys stay away from these fraudsters. They will visit your business and will promise to grow your business on a very attractive package. They then will claim ownership of your business on google, will put their own links for orders and payments and will remove all your profile from google. The same profile you spent years of hard work to build and they just destroy it like that. Scammers and fraudsters. Stay away please!!!!

Used for the first time. One dish slightly cold but others fine so could have been restaurants fault. Slightly late but not too much so all fine.

All Eat took my oder of £33.90.

Then they called to say the restaurant had no drivers to deliver the food.
After 1 week I am still waiting for my refund.
Rubbish.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS. ITS A SCAM. ordered a takeaway and after it did not come for hours we went to the takeaway in person to be told that our order was never received and they have no affiliation with all eat.

BAD SERVICE - BORDERLINE SCAM APP

Ordered and paid on the app, after speaking to the live chat an hour later were told it was on the way. Another 45 mins later called the restaurant and was told the communication on the app is very poor and the order would be on its way in 10 minutes. The app clearly lied to us and tried to blame the restaurant for the issue. was promised a £5 refund but I am not holding out hope I will get it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order food at 19.07 still not delivered over 2 hours and 10mins for the food to come and the order was wrong will not be using this app again
