Bought and registered this program and when trying to convert a piece of music, I get a screen that tells me I must install a free media processing plug in to unprotect the content and start the conversion. It directs me to another site. I click it and I see the site URL redirecting me to a foreign site that Norton immediately flags and blocks as this site attempts to insert a trojan horse into my system. I contacted AllMusicConverter support via the email link in the program and I get no response. 4 Emails and 5 days later I still get no response, so I pass the information along to IC3.GOV (the FBI's cybercrime information section). The threat of a lawsuit and reporting them to the FTC has no effect. Apparantly they are not a US company. Beware. DO NOT USE this program.

It seems to be the best media converter I’ve ever tried. First I’ve noticed its creative and simple design. I really like some stylish items. Frankly speaking I’m not a computer expert, so that I need to spend hours to find out how one program works. AllMusiConvert is not the case. This is an absolutely adjustable and easy-to follow software. Besides I was pleasantly surprised with its responsive and positive support team.
This program works perfectly. I greatly appreciate its outstanding feature that allows me to transfer all the converted files directly to my iPod. This is really helpful as far as it saves much time. In addition I’m able to convert my purchased music and video from iTunes. The converter ruins DRM protection saving the file quality. What can be better?
I’m sure that AllMusicConverter is worth trying. Discover this new generation app and you will like it as well.

They offer a good product and continuous support. I have originally purchased their product a couple of years ago and have been using it regularly ever since. They have a free update policy and the updates keep rolling in consistently all these years.

I have also spoke with their support on a number of occasions and they are always quick to resolve the issues / re-activate the license on a new PC.

Absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lightweight converter app.

It's great that I found allmusicconverter.com and eventually tried their software, because turned out to be absolutely great and exactly what I need. I was searching for some efficient converter to convert all the music form my drive to iPod format and in AllMusicConverter Media Suite I found more than just this. This software actually comprises of 5 different apps that each serves its purpose. So besides the converter which is really fast and works flawlessly I have a Web Video Downloader (downloads any videos from various websites - I tried Vimeo, YouTube, Hulu, flash websites and it works!), CD ripper, CD burner, DVD Copier for backing up DVDs and Web Radio Recorder. What I like the most about AllMusicConverter Media Suite is the amount of audio and video formats supported by each of the apps in this suite. Fantastic, comprehensive solution for audio and video at once!
