I posted a request on 22nd April and William from All Season Tree Care came on site the same day and agreed the price for cutting the trees , removing the branches , logs and debris .

He started the work on 23rd April and finished his work and couldn't complete the work on the same day as he had a problem with his chain saw , returned the next day and cut the trees and again he couldn't complete removing the branches and logs as he got some problem with the wood chipper machine. Since all the trees were cut he asked me for payment and promised he would be coming the next day to remove the leftover branches and logs but he never came back.

I called him multiple times , initially he answered the calls and was giving excuses that he was busy and will be coming and collecting it later that week , after a week he stopped responding to phone calls. On 26th April I attempted calling him from another phone number and he called me back and again assured me that the balance item would be picked up last Friday but never came to collect.

I have sent multiple text messages over the phone and also on Bark platform but no response.

Herewith attaching the photographs of the items kept in my garden , I am unable to do any work in the garden which i have mentioned to William when I called him last time.

Hired them last week to tidy my gardens front & back. I found them through Bark app. I wish I had read the Trustpilot review beforehand as I wouldn’t have given William the job. Firstly his pricing is not consistent. I agreed a price with him on phone and after the job he increased the price. Needs to be clear & consistent with the cost of jobs. William had to visit my property twice because he left my garden in an unacceptable state on his first visit and he did not do what I had clearly instructed him to do. Second visit was to shape my tree properly not lopsided and remove weeds from under the said tree as well as cleaning the mess he left on top of my shed. What really annoyed me was he didn’t have the hose he needed to the job. My son had to run around asking to borrow one from the neighbours. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had to spend bank holiday weekend tidying up the mess in my back garden properly so that my autistic granddaughter could go and play on grass safely. The grass was covered in twigs and debris from the tree he cut down. I definitely would not recommend this company and I will not be using them again.

Very disappointed with the debris left behind by this company on a recent job. Huge lumps of concrete which I cannot even lift. Tree not completely removed as requested and plants trampled down. Not helmets or protective goggles were worn by both men doing my job. William Mitchell did not provide me with a written quote as requested. Just a unitemised bill at the end of job. I am 82 years old and I hope he feels guilty about the lies he told me about his company.

Simons company are very professional and do the job they quote for. They are reasonably priced, and turn up on time. A.S.T.C have completed three jobs for me so far. My experience of them is very positive.

Simon Creedy's company is one of those companies that does what it says and is totally reliable, is true to his exceptionally cost competitive quote, turns up on time, removes all debris from site and most important treats the cut wound left when branches have been removed.
I had work done in 2 gardens, 5 friendly staff arrived with their hand and chain saw machines all wearing head gear, climbing safety belts and all dressed in matching bright orange oufits showing the company logo.
A large cutting cabinet towed behind their flat bed truck devoured all branches just adding to the tidy gardens left behind.
I have every confidence in this company and if you use them l know you will have to.
