The products are good. Sometimes the quality is only moderate. The options are normally quite good, but sometimes they are a bit repetitive or lacking in usefulness.

Should you decide this season’s box is not for you, you can pause your membership to skip the current box and continue on with the next seasonal box. This feature is available to both our Seasonal and Annual Members. For Annual Members specifically, pausing will simply skip the current season and extend your one year term — so in total, you will still receive four seasonal boxes. To request a pause on your membership, please send an email to help@alltrue.com and our Community Support Team will take care of this for you!

I love the products

I love the products, and I love the message, however the timing is always off. I wish I could enjoy the things I picked out for that particular season, instead of receiving my goodies after the season has ended. I have never received a box during the same season I chose for haha

I have always been happy with the products in my boxes. But because of the issues of last year I had to give it a 3 star rating. But I feel that this will improve as the new owners are striving to make things better.

Golden Customer Service

i inquired about possibly acquiring an item that was in the spring 2022 box (during the transition) and paid with paypal… i was not able to get a refund; but Alltrue’s wonderful customer service not only ensured the umbrella i inquired about was received, they sent me the whole box!! what a wonderful surprise. I have always liked the products, but this “over and above” customer service has sealed the deal for continued subscriptions for me and i am telling all my friends also..z

I’ve been a subscriber for several…

I’ve been a subscriber for several years and I feel the selections are similar items over and over. I used to be excited to customize my box, now it’s more beauty products vs home items.

Price increase without informing me

Price increase without informing me. It used $55, then $65 and now I'm being charged $75? I understand inflation, product costs, ect are rising but a heads up would have been nice.

As noted in our recent community notification, Alltrue’s mission is to help you live a happier, healthier life by partnering with brands, small businesses, and artisans to introduce you to products that are thoughtfully designed, functional, better for you, and deliver important little moments of joy throughout your life. We strive to make sustainable and ethical products from diverse makers more accessible — and we want to thank you for being a member and making it possible for us to carry out this mission alongside you.

As you have seen in the news and felt elsewhere while shopping, the artisans, small businesses, and key supply chain partners that enable Alltrue to fulfill its mission have been affected by inflationary pricing pressures: raw material costs, manufacturing, transportation, shipping, and labor costs have all increased. Additionally, the simple truth is that ethically and sustainably made products cost us more to produce and procure than conventional, mass market products. It is because of these reason, and to continue investing in an improved Alltrue experience, that we have raised the cost of the membership by $10 per season. It’s a necessary step in order to continue curating and creating useful and sustainable products, while supporting artisan makers and small businesses each season. Lastly, as part of our ongoing focus on creating sustainable impact we have made the decision to cover the cost of “Eco Shipping” and include it in all memberships, rather than making it an optional Add-On. This means that your membership helps support reforestation projects through small-scale farming projects, which helps combat climate change.

I love how honest the company has been…

I love how honest the company has been bouncing back from a bankruptcy; you know, business shame is real, and they've really pushed through and come back to meet their customer and supplier needs, being transparent the whole time! I love their Earth-friendly, supplier-driven ethos. They're really wonderful and happy to work with!

My mistake!

I recently made a big "mistake" with my account. When I called in, my customer service rep treated me professionally and didnt make me feel stupid for my error. He rectified the situation and even let me keep some products that I wanted to return. I appreciate the kindness he showed!

I really love the idea of this box

I really love the idea of this box. It has had some major issues in the past but I hope those are going to stay in the past. My main issue is all of the repeat items, if there was a way to make sure one person doesn't get the same items from past boxes that would be awesome. I think there should also be a way for customers to rate the Items they received as to better curtate to the person. The amount of repeats is the reason for the 4 stars, otherwise I love the box.

The quality of your items is excellent

The quality of your items is very important and most of the time is top of the line. I have only been disappointed a few times, and that’s actually good considering how long I’ve been a member.

The most memorable fail (CAUSEBOX) was a waffle weave robe that looked to be mid thigh on the model. It was upper thigh on me. I am a size 8/10. After I washed it it was mid hip and the stitching on a pocket came undone about 3 inches. The neckline hanger/loop also came undone.
I could not find a place on the website to let anyone know
