I would give it five stars because of Alltrue's mission to showcase talented women and communities from all corners of the globe, as well as eco-friendly, sustainable, and fair trade products, but because of company turbulence over the past year, I gave it four stars because my faith in the company waivered a bit. Otherwise, FIVE glowing stars from Canada!

I look forward to the beautiful boxes that are so easy to spot in the lobby of my building . I always reuse them either to mail something or to just store my shoes or stuff. Products make great gifts and I keep some for myself too. Ok

I’ve been a member for a few years. I love the products and information about the companies included in each shipment. The products are unique and a great value.

I joined the subscription when it was CauseBox, so I have been with this company through some changes (including some tough times). All in all, I find Alltrue to be a really solid subscription box company. The value for the money is incredible. I like that it is just 4 times a year/seasonal. I appreciate their mission of sustainability and supporting small businesses/artisans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because, having been with them for a while now, the inventory feels a little "stale". I look forward to seeing more new items as choices for the subscription box.

I like the upgrade option to have choice of items. However I didn't love any of the choices for the big item in upcoming box. Somewhat disappointing.

Alltrue products are from ethical vendors and very environmentally friendly. They make great gifts for family and friends, as well as, to yourself. I love the boxes and the Add-On Market!!!! Thank you!

Love all the products and use them regularly! Love how sustainable the products are, only downfall sometime not super accurate on how long shipping will take.

I absolutely love this brand and all the subscriptions. Sometimes I do get duplicate options for some of my products, but other than that I absolutely love it and I am using everything that I have gotten and everything is useful and cute and just wonderful brands.

Always fun and interest new items to select from.

Great products and choice of products. I really love this subscription box and letting me choose the items that I can really use.

My only complaint is the Marketplace purchases. I miss having these ship with my box. The minimum for prepaid freight is too high. I am not purchasing as much because of it.

I do enjoy this quarterly subscription. There is always a nice variety of items that we get to choose from. Items that I may not have purchased in the past, but get to try in the subscription. Thank-you

I always love the surprises I get in the box. If I cant use one or two they are always great as gifts to my friends. I am always excited and cant wait to open the box. I keep the boxes for packing fragile things in.

I do look forward to receiving my box but have found that some items or types of items seem to be repeated (over the years).

I had an annual subscription with cassebox for several years and continued it once the brand became alltrue. The company had some difficulty for a few months but came back and gave great explanations of what had happened and what would be happening moving forward. they offered their subscribers options and have continued to remain positive through negative comments on social media. this company, i believe, has gone above and beyond what they needed to do in order to bring the company "back" and to make subscribers and merchants happy. Its frustrating seeing comments online about alltrue that are negative, but i know that they are trying their best to keep everyone happy while continuing to grow their brand. I am very impressed with alltrue overall and i am very glad that i can continue to support the company through my annual subscription.

I've been a member since 2015, and am still so impressed with the products, service and purpose. They are always looking to improve the customer experience and themselves. I believe their mission is truly expressed through the quality of products chosen, stories shared and service provided.

I had an issue with my winter box and they were so quick and helpful in resolving it. I even got to keep the products being replaced to use myself or gift to others! Mark N helped me and he was great. They really went over and above to make sure I have a good experience and I upgraded my subscription as a result!

Excellent products and customer service. Every question or small issue I had in the past was handled quickly and with care. I will (and have) recommend to friends! The product market sometimes takes a little while to ship, but the quality of all items I have purchased has been excellent! I have even purchased additional products to give to friends.
