Atrocious. I receive an email saying I’ve won a a small prize in the new double chance entry. Click on my lottery app and read message and follow instructions to claim the prize; which redirects me to web site . After trying to log in it then locks me out and I have to create a new password. Once done try again and repeatedly going around in circles. I think it’s time to cancel the direct debit until Allwyn are replaced.
