I’ve just deleted my account. I doubt Allwyn cares as there are many more suckers out there.
Back in the Camelot days it was possible to occasionally win a small amount on the instant games, just enough to keep you paying. Allwyn aren’t even that bright. I was putting £20 a week on instant games but dropped it to £10 when I stopped even winning my stake back. Now, after weeks of nothing, I’ve deleted my account. There is no way the odds are true. It’s a scam.

I won £54 on lotto yesterday (Saturday the 24th of October 2026)but was only paid £26,this is the second time I've been unpaid and been cheated out of my winnings. The first time it happened was on the 26th of August 2026, I won £24, but was only paid £7, £45 is now outstanding, until this is resolved and paid I won't be buying anymore tickets. I've contacted the national lottery complaints line and was ignored , the first time they could call it a system glitch, the second time it's a pattern, everything is screenshotted and documented, if nothing is done I will be submitting my evidence to the gambling commission, for breaching your license. Once the gambling commissions sees this is a repeating pattern they will take this complaint very seriously. Soon after I made this trust pilot review my unaccounted winning tickets started disappearing from the lottery app. If the national lottery is trying to cover up evidence, I've already screenshotted the evidence before I posted this review. You can delete records stored on the lottery app, but you can't delete screen shots that are saved on my phone.

My app shows I won atleast £52/£54 for yesterday's draw (Saturday the 24th of October 2026) explain why my winnings have been slashed in half to £26, because this is unacceptable.

After the lottery got caught underpaying, they deleted half of my ticket entries of winning tickets, to cover up their fraud, but what you can't cover up is e-mail confirmations of tickets purchased, payment records, screenshots of everything I won, every ticket that was purchased legally, if this isn't resolved in ten working days I will be escalating to CEDR and the gambling commission.
I have a strong case with undeniable evidence, and they will rule in my favor once they see photographic proof of what I won versus what I was actually paid.

I have saved all the ticket ids, purchased dates and amounts.

This is just another gambling app now. Time to stop calling it the national lottery.

If I could rate zero stars I would.
The format now is absolute rubbish.
All I want to do is enter a lucky dip line for 4 weeks as I've done for the past umpteen years, not possible!
Bring back the old format.

I tried the online Monopoly scratch cards before making a purchase, as I wanted to see whether I enjoyed playing the game. However, when I purchased the game, I was presented with exactly the same game, step by step, that I had already played during the trial.

This raises a much bigger concern. If the same game can be presented more than once, how often might this be happening to other players? It also raises questions about how the games are generated and whether players are being given a genuinely different game when they pay to play.

I contacted the National Lottery help line on 06 October to raise my concerns and subsequently sent a follow-up message on the 10th. To date, I have received no response.

I would appreciate a clear explanation of why the same game appeared both before and after my purchase, and reassurance that this issue has been properly investigated.

So many rollover indicates you have too many balls and players numbers are falling. Player numbers are falling as they realise there is pretty much no chance of winning anything. Even the Irish lottery reduced the numbers of balls to a 1 in 8million chance of winning the jackpot.

Scammers with no morals

Just read a comment below, suggesting that the so called millionaires made so far as proclaimed by the allwyn and Camelot, should all be made public as that would put at rest the possiblity of millionaires actually being non existent and just we taking the lottery companies word for it,,,,, why can't you get independent auditors to check every single millionaires created each week from the lotto to the euros and check of they are real people,,,, obviously going public is a reckless if such people won sick prizes as potentially harm could be caused to individuals known to have such wealth,,,

Where to start?
Before new organisers took over, my win rate as reduced to virtually nothing.
Changing games, doesn't create more winners, the reviews speak volumes.
Something isn't right, you say we're giving you a free second chance .........no your not. It's actually possible to scan people's tickets who play online. How ? They can tell you how many winners within a couple of hours, which requires scanning every entry. Computers now days can algorithm and supply any numbers they want. Live TV draws ended.Ai now available freely and easy.
Think I'll put my money to better things. Like living.

These greedy idiots Allyn are driving are national lottery into the ground from the amount of people who have stopped playing hotpicks because of them halfing the prize, to them taking away winning a lucky dip to winning a crappy pound. And so on and so on.It really is a national embarrassment.

"we're making more millionaires".... by slashing the odds of every other prize. At what point do you look at the appauling customer feedback you're receiving and revert the changes?. The gambling commission should strip you of the contract for shear incompetence and daylight robbery

Love the lottery even though I haven’t won a major prize yet, I still live in hope. Fingers crossed for a powerball jackpot. Then I can make friends and family millionaires too. It’s good to dream and dream big ha ha ha ha.

Obviously fixed to a certain extent in my opinion, the fat cats will always benefit, afterall no one builds a business on love !!!!

I had been playing the hotpicks on both the lottery & euro millions for quite a few years & under Camelot I did win quite regularly, £100 here & there for 2 numbers on the euro millions & £60 on the lotto & even £800 (lottery) or £1500 for 3 numbers on the euro millions but since the new company have taken it on...... absolutely nothing! So I gave myself till the end of August 26 to see if anything changed & nothing! So that's me done & I'm actually quids in by not playing! So thank you, you won't be getting any more money off me & from the reviews, loads feel the same way!

I " won " £1 last week which was actually a £1 loss as it cost £2 for a ticket . I didn't bother cashing it in I binned it . Wonder how many others binned their " winning " ticket? so more money for Alllose to give to leftie migrant charities. Last time I'll be trying this scam for a while.

What a joke !played Saturday night lottery at £2 a line.
Got a message to say "you have won a prize" ,opened my account to find out i had won £ 1!! Totally unacceptable to not at least get my £2 back .Euromillions is as bad you very rarely get your money back if you win 2 numbers.

So it knows at a glance which combination has been used the least and also which combination has not been used at all! When someone "Has to Win this week " the computer magically finds that one winner!!!!! The combination that has been conveniently selected to suit "Allwyn" not the players!!!
Im afraid you dont even deserve a 1 star rating! The use of technology is far more advanced in this company than people know ! I think all winners should be disclosed so that everyone can see that someone in the public is actually winning! Lots of people going elsewhere with better chances of a decent prize!!!!!

I have played the National Lottery since day one in 1994, but under Allwyn’s management, I am officially done. The recent changes are a complete insult to loyal players.
Getting an email saying I've won a prize, only to log in and find out it is £1 on a £2 ticket, is infuriating. That is a £1 loss, not a win. Replacing the free Match-2 Lucky Dip with tiny cash payouts that don't even cover the ticket cost has completely ruined the casual game. Nobody asked for a complicated "two-round" draw that slashes prize values in half just to claim we get two chances. On top of that, they ruined the excitement of the "Must Be Won" rolldowns, making it totally pointless to buy extra lines.
After 32 years of loyalty, I’m taking my money to the Irish Lottery where the smaller number pool actually gives you a fair mathematical shot. Change it back before you lose everyone else.

£1, it's an insult, your whole game plan is an insult.
