If it could be lower Star rate it would be zero 1000 ! Total scam fixed site, I have been playing the £2 super puck game on the app for 2 years over £500 spent, never won more that £5 in one game and only ever reached the 2 star prize game bonus paying £3/4 a few times ! Never have I won more than the £20 stake money I put on to play the games ! Disgusting disgraceful scam ! Stay away this is a scam to get your money to pay for their woke waste of money agenda ! I can now see I’m not the only one !

This prize of £1 is really taking the proverbial. Not even covering the cost of another ticket. Smaller jackpots I've noticed too. Sorry I won't be playing again.

Who ever awarded the contract to this company needs investigating the whole set up is getting worse they obviously don't listen to the reviews

Done the lottery since it started, no more. Whoever came up with this revamped Lottery should be sacked, a classic case here of 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'. Need the Lottery back to what it was before I play it again.

After doing the lottery ever since it started I'm not going to do it anymore. A pathetic 2m jackpot not won. The second prize of 1m not won. 80 % of prizes won were an uninspiring £10 or £1 (not even the price of the ticket) and the jackpot goes up just £800k for the next draw and they've increased the chance of having to share the crappy jackpots reducing the incentive even more They're taking the piss

I don't think all these 1 star reviews are a coincidence or 'sore loser' customers... It genuinely is a complete rip off, fix, scam , con , whatever you want to call it...
I just played online out of boredom, i played the instant win games, and i check what this company 'Allwin UK' who operates the National Lottery write next to each game are the predicted average odds of winning a prize on the various games. I played a new £2 million game with odds of winning a prize at 1 in 2.73 and I played 10 times and won Absolutely NOTHING !!! Scandalous how these operators can get away with this complete rip off.
UPDATE: Another week gone by, £51.00 spent on draw tickets in 6 different draws and not one single number in any of them. The National Lottery is a scam and fixed in my opinion. Nico, with his ' token gesture ' reply below, is talking broken biscuits!!!
UPDATE: NO surprise today that the Goverments National Audit Office, has begun investigating the lottery operators ' Allwyn ' which is owned by a Czech billionnaire. Apparently, their pledges of increasing charitable donations by significant amounts has not been fulfilled, and this was one of the main reasons they won the contract. 15/10/26.

Folks, for some time I've studied both past and present companies of this lottery and can confirm that this present one hasn't got anything good in mind for you. You'll never win any good money let alone hot picks! Pls guys, you're better off doing something else with your money or find an alternative game.
As for the euromillions blank your expectations. The number of countries involved in the Euromillions are many yet how many genuine winers can we confirm each week? For the whole of the UK only one person had 4 number hot pick. What a joke!!😄
When an operator can determine how many winners to have at each game, by the help of an AI system meant to greedily scoop from you, what do you call that? A fix or rigged? No number draws at random here so guys forget it!! The fun we used to have with this game is no more because it's only a child of the soil that knows much about our life and our money. Howbeit, there's an assumption upon which this scam is still thriving and it'll take like minded people to say enough is enough.
The annoying £1.00 wins after spending £2.00, for at least, a ticket can all stop since several outcries of the customer is been ignored. The theory behind the continual operation of this scam can only be defeated when I choose to say bye, bye and enough is enough at this minute. I'm gone !!!👍

Can I leave a review with zero stars? No? Okay so without fail, every week I have the same problem with this site. I enter my correct login details and the login button is always greyed out. I have not forgotten my login details. I do not want to change my password. I really, REALLY want them to sort this continual problem. I may have to resort to physically entering at a local store which is extremely difficult for a disabled person.

This new prize set up is rediculous
Even if i get 3 numbers on both lines i win 20 pound rather than 30 pounds for 1 winning line with the old system.
This new format plus an extra 10 balls make it not worth playing.
I wont be playing any more until the prize system goes back to what it was.

I won’t be playing anymore , they really spoiled the national lottery with the new changes . Bring back break-even as the minimum Match 2 = £2 back or a free Lucky Dip. It should never be less than what you paid. That was the unwritten rule that made Lotto feel fair. Right now a "win" can be a loss , that's what kills the excitement.
Add a local/regional prize
A lot of people say "I never see winners near Cambridge". A guaranteed £10k winner in each county every Saturday would make it feel real . Anyway big disappointment for me ..

The lottery is like a mirage; it shows a shining promise of wealth that disappears just as we get close to it. I lost nearly all of my hard-earned money, as well as my wife's savings, by playing the lottery. Now, I am literally bankrupt, but I have stopped spending money on it. However, I feel severely depressed, and my life feels hopeless. I have been unemployed for a long time and am trying to get a job.
